This review is solely based on the Customer service from the receptionist. I’ve been going to get waxes here FOR YEARS. I had a tragic family emergency so I missed my appointment time due to me not being able to call. Whoever was at the front desk 03/01/2025 around 11:50am…. Called me to see if I was still coming in. I explained to her that I had a tragic family emergency. SHE PROCEEDED TO SAY “SO YOU DIDNT CALL ME DO NOT EVER DO THAT AGAIN” with the most nastiest tone. I explained that I had a really bad family emergency and she had that type of tone with me? I feel like she was really rude and disrespectful. I’ve been coming here for years I’ve witnessed waiting to be seen 30 mins past my appointment time due to the person I was waiting to do my wax being late on multiple occasions and I was patient and kind. Things come up. But for this lady at the front desk to really treat me like that due to an unforeseen issue. I could’ve really let her have it. But I chose to remain kind and understanding. You guys really need to train your receptionist better because she really made me consider never coming back due to her sassy attitude. Overall this complaint is not due to the actual service it’s for the unprofessional and rude receptionist at the front desk.

Be aware of the expiration! I purchased a package and wasn’t aware of an expiration because I work in the same industry and we definitely do not do the same. Instead of coming up with a solution management just brushed me off. Better places to go with better customer service. I was going to purchase cavitation treatments but will go else where. Extremely disappointed!

I highly recommend this place! Got multiple services done here! And they were amazing! I got my facial done too! Very relaxing and neat! 5 stars totally for their service! An appointment is needed for sure here! They are usually busy.

I’ve been getting Brazilians and spray tans here for about 5 years. Both Joanna and Ana are great at what they do! I’ve been to other salons since I moved away and can’t find anyone like them. They’re super quick and the end results look great. The front desk receptionist is also always nice and quick to return calls. Highly recommend!

One of the cutest salons I’ve visited. All of the ladies I’ve spoken with are extremely nice and helpful, great customer service!! Had Microblading done by Sandra. She is amazing! Love my new eyebrows. She was very friendly, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. Took the needed time to design/outline my new shape and made sure I looked at it and gave my approval before proceeding. I will be returning in a few weeks for a final touch up. My eyebrows look beautiful, I’m loving them! Thank you Sandra! I’ve already returned to try their wellness pod and am a fan of that as well, low setting for total relaxation or high setting for intense heat and detox.Thumbs up!

This is the best place to get your nails done! Julie is INCREDIBLE. The best manicure I’ve ever got and she is SO kind and takes her time. You don’t feel rushed and she does such a wonderful job. This is my go-to place to give giftcards to my friends because I know my friends will get the best manicure here.

Tried this salon after purchasing a Groupon for a no chip manicure. Appointment was required, which is standard. Making the appointment was easy.

Technician was okay. Seemed friendly and took her time (appointment was exactly 1 hour, which is almost too long).

Disappointed in the quality of the manicure. All nails started bubbling or chipping within 6 days. They didn’t even last a full week. I’ve never had this issue with any other no chip I’ve gotten at any other salon.

I bought a Groupon for a spray tan a few days before my formal dance and they got me in right away. The tan wasn't as dark as I had liked it so I called and they were more than happy to perfect it the following day. Marta was very welcoming and had great advice on how to keep the tan for as long as possible. Highly recommend this salon!!
