Today was my second visit with Diane for hormone therapy. I found her through a friend after they saw how horribly I was treated at a nearby med spa for the same treatment. My body was wrecked. Diane was so thorough i almost got nervous she wouldn’t take my case. She took her time to comb every inch of my very complex labs, hormone, medication, and body history before she even so much as ordered my new labs and took another penny from me.

She answers my emails at hours I would never expect, and she’s QUICK to respond too. If it isn’t her then it’s someone from her team. I’m not even waiting a full day for them to get back with me. Customer service is on POINT! Her office staff aren’t a bunch of clueless people either. They are on top of it and professional and welcoming!!

Diane is genuine. This kind of authentic concern and energy put into patients can’t be faked. Believe me, I’ve seen and experienced the ones who have tried. Diane, Barbie, and the whole team have welcomed me like a family member. They know me, after just two visits. They are in my corner and before throwing out just any therapy option to get me to spend more money, we sat and went over every option, she had every price point ready for me and a whole plan meticulously laid out. This woman cares about me and my health and not just for right now, but for the long term. I am so thankful I found her!

If you want honest help, without someone throwing random supplements at you or has more than 2hrs of training under their belt, please call Bella Lei! She will dig deep and help you across the board and she will do it WELL!

I can finally breathe easy, knowing I am on my way to healing my hormones and my body as a whole and I’m not spending a fortune to do it! Thank you all so much!

Drive from Pomte Vedra Beach! Yes the market is saturated with med spaa and plastics in Ponte Vedra Beach and none even touch her expertise!! She is the absolute best of best!!! Bella also has been awesome with helping me correct a few skin issues. Marissa is a fabulous esthetician, who really understands problem skin. Erica and Diane are really fantastic too! The front office staff are always so nice, helpful, and responsive. My skin has improved so much over the past 6 months that friends of mine have noticed too. Definitely recommend.
