I would recommend Quan to get your sns dip nails done here. He does a great job!!
I’m not sure if it’s the technique or the quality of work. But this was the first time my nails don’t chip or crack after 3 weeks. I came back for seconds to try a neon look. Quan did it again.
I also really liked the friendly vibe they carry between each other. Everyone treats each other with kindness and respect. I appreciate being in a very friendly environment.

The 1 less star is due to my pedicure. Not sure who did my pedicure, but it was not a good experience. It took 3 hrs long and honestly I was uncomfortable watching the nail tech reuse unsanitary tools. ?

I did say something, coming back to give it a 2nd chance on the pedicure.

I literally live next door over to this place but I’ll never EVER GO BACK AGAIN! Three times I’ve been here and it’s been horrible every time. I couldn’t even tell you which nail tech I’m livid about because I sat there endlessly while they rotated me with 3 techs all working with other customers as I sat there idly. Nhut was the name on the equipment but as I’ve said it was three different progressively cranky ladies I was pawned to. My $55 gel manicure is already coming off after not even 24 hours. Her son came in from karate giving her a kiss and even he asked if his mum was in a bad mood? I can’t bring myself to not tip but I only left $6 because of her son and his sweetness. I did a design and she was like really how many colors are we doing? Does it matter if I’m paying you and if your attitude is right, tip well? They gave everyone else a drink but didn’t ask me. I could keep going but the point is don’t go here if you’re not white.

Very poor quality. These are my nails after 2 and a half days.... I asked for a gel polish with manicure.....(45$ plus tip) Definitely not going again.

Customer Service is not what it used to be. One shouldn't go to a nail salon and be treated with attitude not to mention if you ask for gel but get regular polish and the stones were not even hot and the product I paid for was not all used. I don't like to complain but this is not an isolated situation and they have lost me as a customer for good now!!!!

Bella Diva was an AMAZING experience and I will always go here now that i have found them! After a longish wait (the day before Christmas Eve so they were busier than anticipated) the pedicure was so relaxing and one of the longest foot massages I've ever received. When getting my fill in and new art done, the techs did a lot of rotating but they each have individual strengths and i appreciated that they were honest about their skills after being disappointed by so many nail techs in Jax. The level of professionalism and kindness all the nail techs show here is amazing and I've found my forever salon! Thank you Bella Diva ?

Really disappointed with the service provided. I read so many good reviews, but my experience was not the best. Let’s start with my pedicurist used a dirty set of tools, and when I asked, he insisted that they were brand new when I saw with my own eyes he had used them on his previous client, he offered to spray them down with alcohol, that will disinfect them. when he was doing my pedicureI advised him of my cracked heels, and if he could focus on smoothing them out and he insisted that he had done as best as he could, this is the end result. Oh and the nail polish was bad when during it bubbled up. Personally I would not go back to this place for the same experience. Overpriced for the quality of service.

Food Reviews

Only leaving a review because their somewhat nice people, but the quality of the nails only last for a week when i’ve been to places that have much longer lasting nails, they charge very pricey only for them not to last long. They also caused ring of fire in my nail beds, and it burns. Nice people but would get better training nail techs.

Always a wait, but ALWAYS worth it! They are friendly and have great prices. They also do an amazing job with nail art. This is the only place in town I can go with an idea or image of what I want and never get it turned down. They are always willing to try to make it work even if they are unsure about being able to make it work out perfectly!?
