What a welcome addition to the neighborhood! I tried out Beem this evening after work. I got 50% off all services with a no strings attached offer and it was fabulous. I often hesitate to try out these places because I don’t want to feel pressured into a membership or monthly recurring fee. I really appreciated that the owner Leif, reached out to me on social media and let me try out my first time without committing to a membership - it took a lot of pressure off! I did the Red Light Therapy & Infrared Sauna. Ethan, the employee working the desk when I arrived was a wonderful help. He was so kind and explained everything very well. Thank you Ethan! The sauna and red light private rooms were IMMACULATE - so clean and organized. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and would like to purchase a membership in the future if the finances allow ? I left feeling like I had just been wrapped up in a nice cozy blanket, it was such a great self care day!

First and for most one of the best things that has happened to the Warner Robins area. Especially for people who are very big on their health journey and over all lifestyle. My favorite place to decompress and take a moment to step back and pour back into myself. The place alone is so beautiful, very clean, and the staff… Everyone is just amazing and so sweet. I recommend the membership if it’s in your budget to do so because having these sessions throughout your week is a game changer and you even notice a difference in your sleep. I love the fact they have fact mask to choose from, refreshments which really adds to your detox and a cold towel. After a good 30 mins in the sauna I like to use it to start my cool down. I also love the fact I can play music and have space to myself. It’s really the perfect touch to your routines and I can’t recommend it enough. Really a 10/10!

My go-to retreat. This is the perfect spot to unwind after a long day at work or on weekends. It’s my personal escape where I can relax and recharge. Whether you’re streaming your favorite Netflix series or catching up on YouTube, the experience here is always amazing. Don’t forget to bring water with electrolytes for that extra boost!

Genuinely a great place to unwind and rejuvenate your body and spirit! I’m doing both the red light sessions and infrared sauna. Felt so much better and any body aches I had were much alleviated. Leif, the manager, is excellent and supportive. He always takes his time to explain anything I have a question on. Savanna and all the rest of the team are a joy! Definitely recommend this establishment to anyone looking to do self-care and relaxation.

Been Light Sauna-Bonaire gave me one of the most enjoyable experiences ever! The staff was amazing and made sure I had everything I needed for a successful session! The combination of Red Light Therapy and time in the Infrared Sauna left me feeling refreshed and helped lessen my TMJ and scoliosis symptoms. I recommend that anyone with inflammation or chronic pain give them a try and see for yourself. Even if you don’t have any conditions, it’s a nice way to end your day over at Beem-Bonaire.

I will start by saying that infrared sauna has been extremely impactful on my overall health. My issue is with the ownership and management of this location. I've been a loyal and almost daily user to receive a phone call saying my membership was canceled due to me leaving large amounts of fecal matter after my sessions? DO WHAT? PLEASE SHOW ME WHERE I'M POOPING IN YOUR FACILITY BECAUSE I KNOW I AM NOT.

Instead of asking me about it or bringing up after the first instance, some random person just calls and says they're canceling my membership. No questions asked, just you're out of here. Of course they couldn't have asked me on the first time because THERE HAS NEVER BEEN A FIRST TIME.

I was already on the fence of $160 a month to sit in a sauna for 40 minutes but I went because it made me feel so much better. I was off CBD, I had stopped taking a tons of pain meds. I just felt better mentally and physically. I am literally heartbroken. Could they not have said something when they first noticed? Obviously it wasn't much because I never noticed it. So, now not only am I embarrassed at the thought something like this could happen, I have to go find another way to manage my chronic pain. And the only phone call or concern from beem was when they canceled my subscription.

I'm glad other sauna therapies are opening in Warner Robins. Maybe they will care about their customers and actually ask them before just deciding to cancel their membership.
