I took both my son and daughter to see Karen for the first time this past fall. They have really curly and thick hair with a very unique texture. I have always been disappointed with their haircuts in the past...but Karen did a truly amazing job! They are little and usually cry when I take them to get their hair cut but they were totally comfortable with her. I can't recommend her enough!

Karen first started cutting our son's hair when he was in daycare in West Hartford and we followed her to her Simsbury location since. She has a wonderful disposition that puts a wiggly kid to ease and we have always been pleased with the cut. The salon is bright and cozy and although she seems busy - we never have to wait. Highly recommend!

Quite a nice experience for a kids haircut. Karen accommodated both my 3 and 2 year old and managed to get them trimmed up and looking fancy in less than 30 minutes. Price was better than most other places nearby, but bring cash, no cards or e-payments accepted.
