I have no clue how this place has any positive reviews. Actually, maybe one, I went once for a pedicure. They do a good job, especially since you don’t need to talk to them for that. However, if you go for your nails, they don’t understand shapes. They don’t listen to you about the length, and somehow they never match the nail polish to the color of the nail that you chose. Every time I’ve had three or four nail polish is just the right one, and typically it’s not even the color I actually chose. I’ve been here three times total and today I didn’t realize it was the same place as my last two times and it was the last. I don’t like leaving reviews, but when there’s so many positive for a place like this, it makes me mad. my nails look horrible, they’re not the right length, they lied to me about the pricing while they were doing it just so they could charge me extra, when asked to explain the pricing they couldn’t explain it and just said “extra fees” even though I asked multiple times for the cheapest option and they kept telling that this that and this cost the same so everything was the cheapest price. I literally just left and she filed the colors off the sides And you can’t see but when she was doing my index she filed my nail til it was hot and when I flinched after a WHILE of waiting she gripped my finger and tells me “you’re fine” I was there for an hour sitting silently the whole time because her and two of her coworkers were screaming throughout the store, and I honestly didn’t want to interrupt them and be disrespectful. It was not an enjoyable experience, and like I said we were charged $80 for me to get my nails done incorrectly. They’re just red and for my husband to have gotten a manicure which he didn’t get, he wanted a manicure with an accent nail of pink For breast cancer awareness and instead all they did was paint his nails and trick him into getting gel polish, making him think that it was the same price as regular polish, he wanted one nail and left with both hands fully painted and no manicure having been done.

My wife went in today for nails 11/19/24 and was there for 1-1/2 hours or longer to get nails done that look nothing like she asked and showed them she wanted. The lady tired again and the same result. How you can run a business and not provide the customer what the customer ask for. First picture is the nails they did and 2nd picture is the one she asked for. Supposed To be ombré nails almond shaped. She couldn’t do almond shape obviously because she keep cutting them back more and more

There prices online are not true. They couldn’t be explain how me as a man for basic nail polish was 30$ my wife got fake nails and was charged 40$ they went back and forth on my nails being 20-30$ my wife’s went from 30-40. I’m still confused how I paid 75$ no tip when the website shows we should of paid at max 55$ we went in asking for the cheapest things and got told same price then for them to charge 5-10$ for everything.Asked for a manicure and only got nail painted. I asked for only one nail and they painted both hands. They do not speak very good English. Horrible experience and putting in a formal complaint

I love this place! The ladies are so nice and the prices are more than fair. Love the outcome of this natural acrylic set! Highly satisfied! Great prices as well. 100% will recommend!

My nails last forever and they have so many different options for pedicures! Been coming here since they opened and couldn't believe it took me so long to leave a review. I will definitely being going back to her next time I visit this place!
