I walked in as a first-time customer. Seated and waited for 2 hours before myself and others realized that there was a sign in sheet. I clearly described the haircut desired as well as providing a photo of the requested cut. The end result was less than satisfactory. I was later told by a neighbor that it did not even look like I got a haircut, which is also how I felt. It was not precise in fading or line up. I visited less than 3 weeks ago during the time of the food festival across the street. Now, do you recall.

My son and got haircuts here for the second time this past Wednesday and once again they did an excellent job. Robert wears his hair and beard short and mine is long. We both look really good! Thanks.

Alicia the owner and stylist is absolutely amazing. You will have a great experience here! Very personable and professional. She has cut my hair multiple times and couldn't be happier with results.

No other place in the world I'd rather get my hair cut and beard trimmed...... this review was done before it changed to hartwell some how on Google. I am not a fan of the hartwell location. Beards and shears toccoa which turned into lavonia is what my original review was made on. Alicia and Sarah are hands down the best. Only people I let touch my hair and beard for years now. Great environment friendly welcoming. Great conversations during the cuts. The atmosphere cant be matched. Makes you want to hang around after getting cut. Genuine ladies loving their jobs. However I'm not quite sure why this now says beards and shears hartwell...... I do not recommend hartwell. I'm spoiled with lavonia!

Run by women, so the busiest times of the year...like a week before school...they have one stylist, and the wait is over two hours. Really? Just hire some men for a men's barber shop and get the job done right.
