I want to preface this by saying I’ve been to this place a couple other times in the past and always had a good experience, that’s why I went back for a clean up between appointments with my usual salon.

I just got what might be the worst haircut of my life. I don’t remember the guys name, it was at Norton Commons, face tattoo, legit can’t remember and don’t care.

This is an unacceptable way to leave the salon. The harsh lines on the fade, the weird pieces sticking out of the back, the horrible uneven way the back of my neck looks… I would ask for a refund but I don’t know how to request one there’s no way to send an email on their website that I saw. Apologies if there is, I’m typing this through tears right now.

I want to apologize to my stylist for not saying anything as soon as I noticed things going wrong. I was paralyzed in the chair. It’s so uncomfortable to tell someone to stop and walk out of a salon, like I knew I should have. So I just made small talk while lightly providing suggestions throughout the appointment.

I had to tell my own stylist to wet my own hair down. The appointment was supposed to included a complimentary hair shampoo: did not happen. Just sprayed me down with water which would have been fine if I hadn’t had to instruct him myself.

Before I left I asked if he could blow dry my hair at least since I was going to yoga. It’s like he didn’t know how to use a hair dryer. He just kinda waved it around the front of my head for 2 minutes. The back of my head is still soaking wet.

I feel so bad. I never want to be rude or call someone out directly, I never want to be the reason someone gets in trouble. But I think I should at least get my money back and possibly a stipend to cover the appointment I’m going to have to make to inevitably fix this. I have a show this weekend and I’m mortified.

Coty has been cutting my hair for around 3-4 years and has never once disappointed. Whole staff is awesome, I enjoy getting my hair cut here every time.

Contrary to popular belief, they, in fact, do not require you to have a beard in order to get a haircut!
All jokes aside, these guys(and gal) do an amazing job. The variety of incredible cuts that come out of this place is amazing. Check them out, you won't be disappointed.

Very bad haircut for man. Customer tells the barber how they wish to have their haircut done 3 times, shows them pictures of past haircuts, and offers to give them the picture for reference, which they refuse. Despite all these, barber does nothing the customer asks for and ruins their Holydays with a horrible haircut. Do not recommend.

Coty set me up with the perfect haircut, never met him or used this whole before. I’m actually traveling out of town and here for a wedding. I could’ve have been in better hands I wish I lived close by so I could get my hair cut here all the time. I got the full shave as well. Face looks and feels great. I’m ready to get my best friend married to the love of his life and they are all planning to get their haircut here too! I wish 10 stars was an option. I also picked up some hair product to keep my hair held in the look he left it in I had the best experience here today!
