Amazing experience here at Be A New You! In the past, I've always gone to bigger businesses for a massage but this was a fantastic experience that I definitely want to return to! Katherine not only gave a wonderful deep massage (exactly as I like the pressure), she also discussed with me in good detail in advance about what I may need focused on. She clearly has an understanding of the body and was able to massage and relax areas I didn't realize I was tight in order to loosen other areas that were somehow connected. Don't ask me how that all works, haha... but she definitely knows what she's doing and is professional and warm in doing it. Highly recommend!

Outstanding! Best massage you can get in the known universe! LOL
Katherine is definitely good at what she does. Been working with her for awhile now. Shoulders were in a bad spot. Years of sports and coaching took its toll. Katherine got me back to the point, I don't have to ice them up anymore. Did have to do my part too! Diet, exercise, stretching and lots of water.
Do give her a text; she is a true professional.

Came in with issues dealing with lower back tightness and Katherine was very professional and thorough in her explanations of what type of massage might work best to alleviate it. I felt the immediate decompression of the spine afterwards. I highly recommend!

Wow I was absolutely amazed at the difference I felt after my first session! We have some work to do and I will be returning in 2 weeks, but I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Very responsive to my appointment request and was able to accommodate me that week.

I am a truck driver and I sit alot of course, but I just recently got back from Charlotte north Carolina and that wasn't my usual but because of the distance I had to sit in my truck almost 11 hours daily for 3 days, I put too much pressure on my lower back and on the second morning when I arrived in Charlotte, I got out of my truck I could barely stand up straight my back was killing me. I continued with my ride home and I had an appointment with Katherine on Saturday but it was Friday and by the time I parked my truck and headed home I had to do something because my back was on fire, so I stopped by the local Asian massage spa and got a 90 minute massage, we'll when I woke up the next morning I could barely get out of my bed, so when I went to my appointment with Katherine I explained everything that happened and told her how I had even stopped by the asain massage spa and she says we'll they ain't me lol, so I was like ok let's see what you can do, we'll let me tell you something, when I was heading home from my appointment at Be a new You, I was feeling better already and I texted katherine like hey you are absolutely better than the rest of these massage spa because I can absolutely notice a difference, well I woke up this morning and I was able to get out of bed with very little pain, So I wanted to take the time out this morning and Say Thank you katherine Gonzales for being Great at your job. Because of you I will be able to enjoy this holiday weekend.

Katherine is very professional and attentive to your body. I came in today unable to turn my head to the left and left with no neck pain or stiffness. She's always upbeat and lifts my spirits.
