La comida estaba decente pero nada espectacular.
Mi mesa y mi menu estaban MUY sucias de comida vieja que no han limpiaron anteriormente, y no estaban demasiados ocupados. Y mi bebida (Sprite) tenia un pedaso de comida/basura desde cuando me la sirvieron. El pastel de cangrejo no estaba rico y quito apetito. Pero los haros de cebolla si estaban ricas

The Basin is a wonderful place to stay right downtown in the middle of everything and yet very quiet. The suite was very comfortable with wonderful bathroom facilities. We took advantage of the balcony at the end of the hall overlooking the park. Great view of all the activities. We especially enjoyed sitting out at night watching the nightlife. They have excellent shuttle with little to no wait. We've stayed at the Basin several times and will continue to do so. It's our go-to hotel.

The Basin is a great great place to stay. You will be right down town. I can't say anything bad about this place! Great service, food and the location is perfect. 3rd and 5th floor are haunted. If it's your first time in Eureka Springs do the underground tour first as that will make you understand the town better before walking around.

I am rating the experience a 3 for average. One of the front staff was sarcastic and we ended up not asking for help when she was on duty. We did encounter a great one that made up for that. We stayed in a king suite on floor 3. It is very spacious. The furniture is antique and the couch has a spring poking out which renders it useless on one side. You could hear the above neighbors, but that didn’t bother us too much. Only one elevator , but the stairs aren’t bad. The location is Perfect. You can’t beat the location. You have to park in a parking lot and be shuttled with your luggage. You get access to their sister property the crescent if you want to swim or do the daily activities. I had a massage and the staff were super friendly and massage was very good. Vending machines will take your money and the staff tell you that. Not sure why they don’t fix that.

The breakfast delivered to your room M-F is well worth the small cost. Fresh, homemade breads and scones. Yogurt, fruit and coffee too! Beautiful antique property. Be sure to explore all the floors and amenities. We appreciated the uniqueness. The free shuttle service is excellent! Stay in the heart of downtown and never have to use your vehicle.

Pretty nice hotel, was rebuilt in 1905, after the previous building - built in 1880 - burned in 1890. Has many modern updates, but still working with the original architecture, as much as possible. The staff was super friendly, & helpful. There were also many activities, included in the activity pass. We did a couple of the walking tours - lots of cool information - as well as the Paranormal investigations, one night. The Spa is excellent. They only have a hot tub, on the spa deck, with the fire pit, but their sister hotel (The Crescent) has a pool that we were able to freely utilize. Parking was included, along with shuttle service, since it's about a mile away. Shuttle service was included, wherever we needed to go. So, overall, very good place to stay. And since it is in the middle of downtown, most things were walkable.

My husband & I wanted the experience of a period hotel! This did not disappoint! Friendly & helpful staff! Great food & the shops are right out the front door of the hotel! Great for walking this unique downtown area! I loved how the hotel stays in touch with text messages!

The staff treated us like family. The rooms were large and comfy. The hotel is within walking distance of so many shops and events. We had a blast.
