I'm new to Denver and needed to find a new barber - I did my research by looking at reviews on Google and Yelp and intentionally picked Lauren at BarberX and am really happy with my choice!

Customer Service / Space: I took a spill on my bike on my way to BarberX (completely my fault) and they were able to provide me with a bandage. The option of getting a drink is always nice, even if I didn't partake. Everyone was super nice and friendly. The space is very stylish and modern. For someone like myself that looks for a high quality barbershop that offers not only great barbers but a good experience, BarberX certainly hits the mark.

Haircut: I chose Lauren based on her good reviews across the board and she was great! Very personable and very knowledgeable. I am currently aiming for a new hair style but don't really know how to go about achieving it myself. Lauren was really great at listening to what I envisioned, answering my questions or explaining things I didn't know about how to achieve my desired hairstyle, and bringing that to life. The haircut itself was great! Additionally, for this new style it will be a process as my hair continues to grow, and Lauren was great about explaining that, making notes in my profile for next time (I love the attention to detail and customer service with making notes like this), and explaining what I can do in the meantime to help me along that process. Definitely will be back to see Lauren!

Overall: Great experience! 10/10 would recommend. Not the cheapest haircut you will find but I think it is priced very appropriately for the quality of haircut and customer service.

My regular stop for haircut and style. I see Molly, who is great! I come in almost every other time with a new style to try and she nails it every time. The environment and offerings are nice too. Queer friendly which is a great cherry on top.

The people at this place were very nice and had a welcoming environment, but the haircut was bit good. They cut off way more than I would have liked, and once they turned my chair around to look in the mirror it was too late. Really bummed as I’d hoped that an upscale shop like this would have better understood what I was asking for. I wish I had my hair and my money back.

Have been going to BarberX for over a year now. Used to live across the street. Even after buying a home and moving further away I still make the trip.

Lauren is fantastic. Great at what she does and enjoy catching up when I get my hair cut. Clean and nice space. Give the team a shot and they’ll take care of you.

It is not sufficient to say that Vanessa is the best barber in town. At this point she has become an integral part of my life in the past year. Each and every beard trim and haircut goes above and beyond what you could ever find in Denver. Thoughtful, meticulous, and a top professional. These are the qualities that have made my life immeasurably better. But beyond this, she is a wonderful person, a joy to be around, and possesses an unbelievable sense of humor. I am lucky to have her as my barber and friend.
