Even though I expected a long wait because there were several people waiting, it was not excessively long. I saw Shawna and she was fantastic. I’ve used this clinic several times in the past, and it is always good.
They found something which needs further examination by a specialist, yet gave me the immediate prescriptions I needed for relief.
I love using Urgent Care Baptist Health, and prefer it to my regular doctor’s office for routine problems that usually just require a prescription. Every nurse practitioner I’ve seen there has been excellent - caring, concerned, and they pay attention to the patient.

My diagnosis was fractured wrist and ankle. Even though I was in pain they made my visit quick and they were very pleasant. The boot that they gave me on my foot wasn't a good choice due to the inability to move my hand, which is necessary to put it on.

Well first off we got there 20-30 min before closing last night so I was expecting to get poor and rushed treatment, but to my surprise they were kind and patient with me and 2 preteen children. Got everything taken care of and she even offered to do an x-ray, when she could’ve very easily said that she did not see it to be necessary. And sent us on our way. Scheduling online w/Solv was easy as usual. Check-in was easy, although my urgent care co-pay is $75.00 I was told I had no payment at this time…didn’t get a receipt because I wasn’t charged my Co-pay and I can only imagine what my bill will be when I receive it in the mail! I don’t recall my Physician’s name but She was phenomenal !! Attentive and caring and informative with my Injury (stabbed my index finger w/an Exacto blade 3 days prior ) My appt. was on 11-25-24@ 8:30am. I would recommend this Provider!!"

They were professional, caring and understanding from the front desk, nurses and physician. They explained that my elderly mother needed and emergency ultrasound and sent us to an emergency room. Awesome job she had a blood clot behind her rt knee. Thank yall very mich! Great work!

Everyone was very friendly and the nurse practitioner was attentive and thorough. Reception was a little awkward because the woman checking me in didn’t talk to me outside of requesting cards to scan and payment but started a personal conversation with a coworker in the middle of checking me in. But other than that, zero complaints!
