I was gifted a Swedish Massage and almost gave the certificate away because of how far outside my comfort zone it seemed. Some friends convinced me to try it out, and I was amazed. Shannon created an environment that was extremely comfortable and relaxing. She cared about me like I was an old friend, and treated me like a usual client. Her instruction, accommodation, and expertise was impressive and greatly appreciated. My entire body from head to toe has never felt so aligned, refreshed, and empowered.Thank you Shannon for your kindness…and for not going easy on the pressure points in my calf muscles! I would recommend Balance Massage & Healing to anyone…and especially the people who have never gotten a massage before and are a little hesitant! This is the place to go!

I had a deep tissue massage with lotions, aromatherapy, hot towels...the works. I had been feeling overworked, stressed, dealing with s.a.d., etc, so I was a bit of a mess, to put it bluntly, before going in. I came out feeling very much renewed and healing from those physical and emotional burdend. To say that Shannon is thorough in her work as a therapist is an understatement. This is definitely an experience that I will repeat in the near future.

Shannon is absolutely incredible! The vibe she creates in the room alone is second to none, and the massages are out of this world!! “Leaving planet earth” if you will ? definitely try one of her add ons, cupping and hot stones are the ones I’ve tried so far and I love them both! Definitely go see Shannon for a grounding a recentering experience that will leave you in bliss for days ? (or at least that’s what happens to me). Can’t wait to go see her new space!!

Shannon came to our vacation house while we were on a college reunion trip. She worked for more than 5 hours and every single one of us had a wonderful, personalized experience. In my case, she was able to balance working out my muscle soreness and avoiding an injury.
