A big thank you to the nurses and staff at Flora Rehabilitation & Health Care Center! Even though my mom was there temporarily for physical therapy, I was initially nervous about placing her in an unfamiliar environment. However, the Center proved to be amazing. The staff were kind and attentive to her needs, and she frequently mentioned how compassionate they were. The facility was clean and welcoming, and she made so many friends during her stay. She even made sure to say goodbye to everyone before leaving.

I'm surprised to see so many negative reviews. Maybe the staff has changed since then, but I didn’t experience anything negative. They always answered my calls, respected the POA documents, and kept me informed if anything came up during my mom's stay. I especially appreciated Hailey, the director—she was great to work with.

I would definitely choose them again and highly recommend them!

I have never seen a place handled any worse than this place. The staff ‘ director is very rude they call adult services on people that try to go by what they have been asked by a loved one. They steal Money and say they have not received payment. They don’t honor power of attorney papers they are worthless to work with. They just moved a loved one from dementia to a regular area today. I’m gonna file a personal lawsuit on this facility and I will not put up with them being rude. I Moved my loved one there thinking they would be better off but I was so wrong. They treat loved ones like they are Animals. And don’t even think about calling anyone that is over these people cause they aren’t any better. When you have POA people are supposed to abide by it they also put peoples lives at steak while having a order of protection on someone to keep a loved one safe they put their pictures all over social media.

No even worth one star!! This facility needs to be closed. The Administration lacks in so many areas. If you want your family member in a facility that stays in contact with you about the care of your loved one, this is definitely not the place for them. I made contact with the facility, answered all their questions, transported him to them telling them I was his POA and would be his contact person for all purposes. After he moved in they never made contact with me again. My fathers doctors office was contacting me about appointments and test results and this facility never made an attempt to contact me. When I told the administrator I was not contacted over some issues that should have been addressed with his family, her response was “I am not a nurse”. The only time I was contacted was when I moved him out, due to their negligence, and they sent me a bill. They can send me a bill but they can’t contact me any other time because he is “their own person”. Avoid this place at all costs!! Driving 30 minutes to another town for good long term care for your loved one is well worth the drive.

I wish I could give negative stars on the administrator,she has absolutely no compassion for her residents so don't let the"oh I care so much fool you"!
My mother was in there a month ,went in not having any anxiety to having it on a daily basis.
Mom had always used pillow cases under her stomach do to sweat and had been using them there, I recommended a catheter do to her continued bladder leakage and having a pressure wound on her tailbone and when I mentioned turning them into state for lack of proper care,the administrator Hayley said she's getting that catheter dc'd and she's not getting anymore pillow cases that's nasty, after mom had been using them with Hayley's ok. Then Hayley and Amber stated mom was talking about her dog neck pillow like it was real and the only place they've ever heard anyone talk like that was in a mental institution, really, they knew mom was joking when she told the girls"you better feed him or he might bite you. Smh. I could go on and on but I think you get my point.

All the CNAs tended to my needs. Their gentle and kind attention was exceptional; I am sure it sped my recovery. Those who prepared and served my meals also played a big role. The food was excellent and the cheery smiles of the servers brightened the sometimes stressful days.

My mother was put in this place. In a matter of 3 days she went from a rehab patient for physical therapy to a patient at the hospital. Diagnosed with severe dehydration. I found her in a wheelchair wearing a diaper, drooling and snot running down her face and incoherent. She was wearing the same clothes from two days prior stained from bodily fluid. They don't care about patients and I'm currently contacting a lawyer for neglect.
