We recently moved to the area and were searching for a great barber. We walked in without an appointment, and Isaac was kind enough to accommodate us. The service was excellent—professional, efficient, and with great attention to detail. Isaac's friendly demeanor and skills made the experience fantastic. Stopped by a couple of barbers and got the we don’t take walk-ins. Found the Augusta barber lounge close and from walking in, It was a little more upscale so I assumed they would be no different. To my surprise they were friendly and got me right in a seat despite all the customers waiting. The lady who cut my hair was obviously new and she did a great job, but that’s not the impressive part. She was not afraid to stop and ask for advice from the other barbers and they were more than happy to give it in a very positive manner. Probably the most positive customer oriented place I have ever visited and the result was a great haircut from a place with great atmosphere and people. If i wasn’t here for a short time I would definitely come back and pay almost double what i would on post for the service. I 100% recommend.

I discovered Isaac and Augustas Barber Lounge strictly by luck today when my other barber ghosted me! At first I wanted something close to Evans but then I began reading Isaac's story and I thought huh? Wait I just moved to Augusta GA from Arizona as well! I am trying to start my own business but this is not about me so back to the story! I called the shop and actually Isaac picked up and I enquired it I needed an appointment or if I could simply walk in? Isaac checked the books and noticed a cancellation for 1PM! I quickly gobbled down lunch and headed to the shop. Expecting the same old same old I was instantly bowled over by an attractive store front, amazing tunes playing much like my YouTube Play List! Throw in free drinks and all the extra services Isaac provides and it's not a haircut it's a Adventure in Barbering 101 with a side order of wow! I have not had a regular barber or much hair in a few years but this will be my last barber in the Augusta area! As Arnold says "I'll Be Back" and I'll tell friends! Thanks Isaac

Jay always gives me the best cut I’ve had in the CRSA. Been going to him for almost 2 years now. Always professional and listens to clients’ needs. Military friendly too. The shop itself is very clean and has a great environment to relax in while waiting for a cut. Isaac and Stokes provide great customer service and cuts for their clients as well. You can’t go wrong with any of the barbers in this shop. An awesome group of guys working here all around

Great Barbers, excellent service! Chill environment, with very knowledgeable Barbers, it easy to explain what kind of cut I want and get through to them. Other shops I have been to offen start cutting it like I asked and then just start cutting a lot I didn't ask for. Here my cuts are consistent and I don't need to worry about walking around with a funny cut, or finding someone to fix a cut I already paid for.

Stumbled across the shop online by chance and was not disappointed with the service and felt welcome immediately coming in the door. Jay got me a clean fade,line up and fixed my hair to flow it back and I wasn't disappointed, my brother got his cut and also looked great. Them being military too made me feel very welcome, if you're looking for a nice grade A cut this is the spot to be!
