Me and my fiancée have been shopping for a hot tub for a year now. We have been to Watson's, Backyard Dreams, and about every hot tub dealer in the St. Louis metro area. We were doing our do diligence of research all the brands. Some stuck out more than others.

When we went to Atlantis Pools and had the pleasure of working with Patrick Halliday (Doc) - it was a game changer. Not only did he have a great spa, Sundance Spas, but his knowledge, professionalism and passion for his product blew us away.

You won't ever get this feeling from any other hot tub dealer in the area. They will show you their product and may have good customer service, but Doc was personal and that meant a lot.

Please check out Atlantis Pools before you make a buying decision. Sundance Spas are some of the best hot tubs and these guys know their product! Couldn't be happier.

2 Months later, delivery was flawless, we love our hot tub and it's so easy to take care of. We had one minor issue with a waterfall valve. We called Atlantis Pools and they had a tech out the same day to fix it no charge! Couldn't be happier!

We would give Atlantis Pools 10 stars if we could. Thanks Doc!

I just got off the phone with Atlantis Pools asking them to ask for additional service after they opened our pool. The pool is getting darker and I wanted help.

The owner was wild, telling me he tried to call me and was frustrated that I did not answer and he could not leave a voicemail. He doesn't have my contact information because we have a new phone number and they have no records of my 2 calls. He got super defensive when I told him I tried to call him back. I asked him why he was being so argumentative, and he was just off his rocker so I told him he was mean, I was not trying to start an argument I just wanted additional service. I would have been happy to update our contact information, but I am not interested in working with mean people.

You don't have to argue with mean people. Just hang up.

I think the blonde woman who runs or owns this place has inhaled to much chlorine over the years🤯, completely rude from the moment we walked in the door looking for a part for our existing pool, no help at all another guy working there also shut us down like we had no idea what we were talking about and then proceeded to ignore us, funny thing is they didn't realize that we were not only there to try and find a replacement pool part but also looking to buy a hot tub😆. I will never go in this place again, make the extra drive and go to a store in Glen Carbon, you will be treated very respectfully with honest answers to your question.

I bought a $17k hot tub from them and it lost all the water a day later. They told me they didn't have another one and wouldn't for several months. There was one on the showroom floor that was exactly the same but had a $700 speaker option. They refused to trade and charged me the $700 to switch. They brought it out and it had several lights out and the Bluetooth made a buzzing sound. I called them multiple times and they never fixed it. They would randomly show up, never called me to set up a time to address my concerns, and then left. I asked the owner and his excuse was that the employee checking it didn't like to contact and interact with customers. Whatever. I'll never buy from here again. I've heard nothing but bad stories about them since. The speakers still make a buzzing sound and some of the lights still don't work. 100% do not recommend. They should've treated me better. They should do better.

This probably has to be the worst place to go to. I was talking to the owner The old man I said one of the ladies was rude to me on the phone literally got in my face put his finger in my face and said that’s my daughter you do not talk about her. And literally that’s all I said there’s nothing like getting threatened to get your a$$ kicked because you said someone was rude especially from the owner after I just spent $1200

We have always been pleased with Atlantis. The staff is friendly and helpful. This spring I purchased a pool liner and asked for a reference to install it. I was told Los-teks was the only one they could recommend. (In hindsight, I should have done my own research) Mario agreed to install a pool liner in April this year. There were several no shows and an attempt the wrong address (after which they just moved on to the next job). Finally Mario's team arrived to install the new liner. Once the pool was full and we got in it the first time we realized that the bottom was completely uneven. There are divots throughout and some areas where the floor sticks up. I would be worried to have an older person in my pool, that's how bad it is. I text to ask if he could fix it, he said yes---continue to use it and when things slow down they would be by to fix it. After that, every time i call or text I get no response. Finally, 3 weeks ago I tried calling from a different phone number. He answered right away and said they would be out with tanker trucks to empty the pool and fix it. I haven't heard from him since.

He has made it very clear that he will not be fixing this or compensating us for the poor job his team did.

I'm leaving this review under Atlantis (as well as Los-teks) bc I believe it will benefit more people. Los Teks will continue to have a profitable business while providing poor service as long as Atlantis recommends them.

Pool purchase went well, however, had a hole in the liner along a seam within 2 month of installation. Received a replacement liner and called Atlantis Pools recommended installer, Los Teks, who was rude and sarcastic and not helpful at all.

The staff at Atlantis Pools are friendly, problem solvers, and willing to go above to help your swim season flow flawlessly. I went to purchase a brand new c-clip for the pump filtration cartridge since the one I had snapped. They had just sold their last one and it would be a day or two before getting more stock. Ordering online was going to take 3-5 days. When I mentioned the water level was inches from the skimmer basket, they took a clip from one of their own pumps to help me, and they would replace theirs on their next shipment. I am beyond appreciative they saved me time and money thus solving my problem.
