Angie and her team at Arcadia Nail are fantastic. Other places I usually have to go back every week for dip nails, but they make them last much longer by doing it right, taking their time. If you have a design idea, bring it with! I’m classic but I’ve seen some amazing designs ✨ well worth your money!

Have been here three times now and am searching for a new place.

Gel manicure nails: Gel starts to chip and peel after only four days. They rush to do my nails at same time as pedicure (which I can appreciate when in a hurry). However, when not in a hurry, I cannot relax during pedicure because my body is twisted and holding all of the black light equipment on my lap — which almost fell in the water with my feet in it — thank GOD I wasn’t electrocuted!!

I told them nicely that the gel peeled after four days last time so please try to prevent it from happening again. Then, it happened again. Unfortunately, I don’t have it in my schedule to continue to go to nail salon every four days to fix it.

Gel pedicure - the first time they must have cut my nails improperly because the next(last) time I screamed in pain as she dug out ingrown nail with no warning. It was shockingly painful and that is when the black light almost fell into the water. The lady that did my pedicure this second time was good and I have no chips in polish after three weeks! This is the same polish as nails

Vibe is okay. Pretty neighborhood. Front desk lady gossips loudly about other clients and employees which is not relaxing at all (for me) but some people love that kind of thing. The guy that did my nails was complaining to me that his life was sad and “unlucky” so out of sympathy I gave a bigger tip than usual, but somehow I feel a little scammed which is not what I like to feel when paying for a spa experience.

Will be searching for another salon.

I have been to multiple nail salons, so I know what good service looks like. I’m not picky and nor do I ask for much, but I had a horrible experience. Ryan is not good because he is very rough and incompetent. He was rough with my cuticles and does not know how to cut nails properly. I was left bleeding and no apology from the Tracy and her staff. Please don’t go here; they just want you in and out. They don’t even offer complementary water. This place does not live up to its hype.

This nail salon is a perfect blend of professionalism and friendliness. I’ve been a loyal customer of this place with my sis and mom and we are always impressed by the skill and care the staff put into their work on our nails and toes!

No… just no. I asked for a gel manicure with tips and was told that I HAD to do acrylic or hard gel first. That should’ve been my first sign to leave but for some reason I said okay to the acrylic. My nail beds are so sore, there’s no apex curve on the nail, and they look sooooo sloppy. I’m so sad and mad. What a waste of money. My nails have never been this thick or wonky looking lol.

I absolutely love Arcadia Nail bar! Pretty much no matter who you use, you’ll end up with great results! I’ve recently started using Alex for dip mani and Tina I’ve seen for a while for my gel pedi. They both are so nice and do such a great job! I’ve seen most people in a nail salon over the years though and I always have a great experience. If there are ever any issues they are always happy to make things right as well although this is a rare occurrence. The staff could not be more accommodating and friendly. The place is always very clean as well, nice music playing, and overall great environment. I always recommend Arcadia nail bar to anyone who asks
