The jacuzzi wasn’t that warm and the steam room was cold as usual
The lady who worked there just wasn’t friendly at all because I didn’t have cash last time (just last time)to tip her and she didn’t help at all this time… which was so rude

The first impression is quite unpleasant; Receptionists are very little friendly, uninformative and quite rude. The first impression is the most important, therefore they should better train their reception staff, so that they learn more about what customer service is about, if they learned to greet and smile, that would be great...

Hi everyone just wanted people this place is amazing. Me what I had was the milk and oats bath scrub. The best. My husband had a massage with bone adjustment. He loved it. Lilly helped a lot great lady very kind. On time with my appointment. Lots of tea help me relax. Quite. Peaceful. Thank for the lady that works in the front desk helped me with everything.We will come soon again ? thank you for the best treatment.

Everyone at the spa was truly lovely and helpful. The staff is so friendly and warm and they make you feel right at home. Elaine was wonderful and so full of joy. The whole facility was sparkling clean and the quiet room and saunas were an extra bonus. I had a cupping treatment from a very knowledgeable woman who was very kind and explained thoroughly everything she did and made me very comfortable. I am looking forward to me next visit already!

This place is awesome. The front desk staff is very helpful and informative. Ask them about what they would suggest for your situation and you will be surprised. They have plenty of different massage options. And the massage staff is professional and polite. The spa rooms are clean and provide a good atmosphere. It is worth buying the whole day pass as the salt room and steam rooms are places where you would want to spend time before your therapy (Those are sometimes closed based on LA county recommendations due to outbreaks in the area and/or pandemic). The baths they offer are very good for your skin and blood circulation. Gives your skin such a good cleanse and a gentle scrub. Must try place.
