1st time going to this shop today. I randomly picked this shop because it was close to my new home. I've been working alot around households products so my fingers looked terrible.
When I tell you this was the best experience. Previous reviewer was correct it was so quiet and serene. The shop is small and just feels comfortable. I have to say I will be back and thank you for the mini hand massage at the end. So perfect and just the extra bit of service not offered by other local shops.

The place is a good price they do a great job on the no chip and the pedicure. The downside is I come at business hours and she isn't on time. I end up waiting for awhile. I call and she says she will be late she had something to do. I have waited in excess of 3 hours to get a pedicure. I have waited an hour to get an eyebrow wax. The last 2 times I received an eyebrow wax she waxed the side of my hair so I have a bald spot. I am currently waiting in the parking lot at 4:19 on a Saturday and she is not open and not answering her phone. It is so frustrating it can be a whole event getting in and out of here in a timely manner. I like coming because of the prices. I am going to tell her that she waxed my hair on the side of my hair line. I will see what happens. Update they have really improved on how they manage their time and customers. You can make an appointment and you can call ahead on the same day to see if she can fit you in that day, she will either give you a time or you can make an appointment for another day. I have been happy with this and you aren’t waiting anymore.

I decided to revisit this place. Bad idea ..the first time was 7 mths ago. They did a great job. This time the lady was not friendly at all. She did a TERRIBLE job on my mani & pedi. I will not be returning. I feel cheated.

I really love coming here for the gel no chip manicure, it’s starts at $20 and I’ve had it last up to 4-6 weeks obviously your new growth will show but on my nail tips there were no signs of chipping. She’s always very busy and she has coupons every so often in the valpak. She is definitely worth the wait....ooooo her powder dip is nice too! Starting at $35. She’s usually there midday...she has some funky hours but I usually like to call to confirm she’ll be there or if she can take you. Thankfully she’s right up the street for me. That’s the only downside but I mean no chip gel manis start at $35 so hey if you can time your visit right it’s ok. I got this 7/26/19 so I’m coming up on my 2 weeks, I already do my own cuticles and she cleans them up.

Went there my 1st time , service was great! And my nails are amazing glad I went there and will come back they treated me like family.

I came in with my niece and daughter I’m from Florida and im a license full specialists, I’m new to the are just moved in and decided to have a girls day but I wasn’t thinking too much being how small the shop is and with 2 workers there pedicures were awful my nails were cut so crooked my niece nails were painted all on the cuticle and same with my daughter and toe nails not cut straight i didn’t notice till we got home and realized it was a choppy job. I will not return ever.

Van gives a great pedicure and manicure.
After reading some of these reviews I am surprised that people are complaining about having to wait when walking in with no appointments.

The problem is that Van tries to accommodate her clients even it means that she has to work later than usual.

Excellent service my granddaughter loved her nails. Forgot it was Easter weekend and they still had time from us on Friday. Thank you and I'll definitely be back.
