I arrived at 0600pm and they said there were closed but I felt they just wanted to clean up and go home. There “open” sign was still on and their times on the door says there open til 0630pm. There were 4 barbers and one customer left when I arrived. It was my first and last time coming here. I went to Mr Fresh Barbershop at 0615pm and the close at 0630pm. They had no problem cutting my hair even when it was close to closing. Thanks Mr. Fresh. Barbershop

Great Barbershop, Friendly and welcoming atmosphere, you can not go wrong with anyone, they are all skilled! I would encourage to call and set up an appointment before stopping by to avoid waiting.

My barber is Daniel. I moved from tucson about a year and a half ago and have had my share of bad haircuts in search of a barber in Phoenix. I used to go to another barber down the street and even closer to work but choose to come here. This place is more affordable and does a much better job on my hair. It’s easy to book an appointment, I am cut at my time and out with a fair price. I was paying $55 plus tip before coming here and I get a better haircut with Daniel. I have referred my co-workers in the same boat.

Walked into this place to get a cut too men were there Neither one of them said hi, how you doing. How can I help you absolutely? Nothing after one gentleman was finished cutting. The hair still didn't say nothing to me. Went and was sat by the chair and played around on his phone. So I got up and left terrible terrible customer service

I have visited that place twice, and on both occasions, they claimed to be closed despite Google stating that they were open. I even called ahead to confirm their operating hours, and they assured me they were open. However, when I arrived, the open sign was displayed, yet they still insisted they were closed. This situation is quite confusing and doesn't make sense. If they truly wanted to close early, they should update their business hours on Google and turn off the open sign. I have decided not to return there and have found another barbershop where they genuinely value and respect their customers.

The barbers are decent but they tend to skip people who have been waiting for hours for their preferred usual clients even if they don't have a appointment. This has happened multiple times and also they don't show pricing since the barbers tend to make up the prices. Hopefully the owner could get this fixed.

Not a great experience, I called ahead of time to see if they could take me before closing time and they said as long as I made before they closed they could, when I got there 10 minutes before one of the guys said we are closed and then proceeded to confirm it with all three barbers there. I didn’t appreciate making the drive and being turned away. Not coming back.
