The facial? Flawless!!! My esthetician took her time, tailored everything to my skin type, and made sure I left looking and feeling refreshed, hydrated, and SNATCHED.

I loved my makeup however in the policy it says appointments past 15 minutes past the starting time will be canceled and still charged 100%. I came to my appointment 15 minutes early however she was 30 minutes late so yes i waited a total of 45 minutes and I felt like I could’ve at least had been offered a discount for that inconvenience knowing if the shoe was on the other foot I would’ve had to pay and my appointment canceled. I rushed to my photoshoot but was 10 minutes late and had i been 15 minutes late that shoot would have been canceled as well and all I received was an apology, no discount.
