Was welcoming and friendly. My Lash Tech Sydney was so cool and kind. She did an awesome job on my lashes. I’ve seen so many horror stories of bad reactions. My eyes didn’t even hurt burn or anything. Great experience all the way around. I will definitely be recommending to all my friends and family.

Disappointing Experience - Poor Management and Communication

I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by this lash studio. While the lash technicians have always been kind and professional, the management and owner have consistently displayed unprofessional behavior. The customer service from the management team is horrendous, and their communication is severely lacking.

I followed the studio’s cancellation policy to the letter, personally walking in to cancel my membership. Despite this, they still managed to charge me, citing that one of their employees either lost or failed to scan my cancellation document. This level of disorganization and lack of accountability is unacceptable.

It’s unfortunate that such mismanagement is likely the reason why they cannot retain their best lash technicians. If you are looking for a studio that values its clients and operates with professionalism, I would highly recommend seeking services elsewhere.

I love Arleen's eyelash work! So much so that after I moved 40 min away I still make the drive to see her... I absolutely trust my favorite stylist to make me feel put together! I loved saying good bye to my mascara & I save time in the morning...yes please!
