Here I posted pictures of my cart, clearly not working when I went in the man took 10 seconds to look at me and accused me of purposefully breaking cards and pretty much stealing. He said that I’m in there all the time that I need to go somewhere else, I don’t understand why he has in his head that I’m trying to steal from you guys. It makes me so sad that all you do is go to a dispensary after a long day and all you want is for a cart to work, I was asked to come in and that he would definitely not give me a hard time. I’m not understanding why you had to call me all the way up to monument just to accuse me of being a liar and pretty much stealing. I wish he would’ve told me over the phone that I was not gonna get a refund. He didn’t say anything. There’s no policy anywhere that says you can’t get refunds. I could understand if I have been told this before, but to be honest the last time I went in said that it happens all the time and it’s not a big deal. I just from the bottom of my heart with love to say that I have never stolen from the shop would never steal and it’s very sad to accuse people of stealing and lying when clearly you can tell by the picture that the cart never worked, I hope that in the future he doesn’t assume that people are trying to steal I don’t know where he’s from but in Colorado you try to be nice to people at dispensaries and I’ve been a lot of dispensaries. I’ve lived here for a long time and I’ve been buying weed for a very long time I have never in my life been accused of stealing or breaking carts and honestly, the drive 35 minutes into monument at the end of a long day when you don’t have $70 to waste and immediately be told no you’re always in here trying to get one over on us is so sad and then he told me that he’s never recognized me that he doesn’t ever remember telling me that before so it’s confusing because one minute he’s telling me I’m always in there trying to get stuff over on them and then the other minute, he’s telling me that he’s never seen me in there before. I hope he doesn’t accuse people of stealing or lying and just try to understand that sometimes carts don’t work. I definitely wish I wouldn’t have yelled but the same time this man is always giving me a hard time and he always says he doesn’t remember. I’m not sure why he has it in his head that I’m stealing, but as you can see in the picture, I genuinely just wanted a cart that worked and their cart don’t work half the time, figure out how to be kind to people. He could have offered a .5 or talked to the guy who told me to come in. Nothing just nope now leave. It seems the power went to his head and he enjoys making people feel small. By accusing them of things. Then making them feel crazy like he never said that. Very ugly behavior. Because mind you i wasn’t the one at work. He was.

I had a great experience today thanks to Rachel and Tom. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Both of them were incredibly helpful, taking the time to answer all my questions and guide me toward the best products for my needs.

Rachel was exceptionally knowledgeable about deals and ensuring I got the best bang for my buck. Tom’s patience stood out as he walked me through the options, never rushing me or making me feel pressured. They both truly went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service.

I've been in here countless times since they opened. Staff is as friendly as they come and very knowledgeable about the products they carry. Always a great selection, killer prices, and a quick and easy in and out experience every time. The online ordering system is also super convenient for a quick grab and go order. Seriously great dispensary all around.

I went in today again and realized I hadn't left a review. Stewart (Stuart?) was great. Super nice dude, really great interaction with him. He's one to keep around for sure.

Went with my husband for the first time and was helped by Harmony.

Before even getting in, they check your IDs and make sure you're good to go, and it honestly made me feel comfortable and safe shopping before stepping in. We looked around for a bit, and then Harmony came over and asked what we were looking for. My husband hadn't had any weed products for several years and was asking for some recommendations. Harmony was so helpful and patient explaining everything about the different products.

Checking out was a breeze as well- had everything already bagged and double-checked that it was our order. Super smooth.

Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable experience. Never felt awkward or like we shouldn't be there - Harmony and the rest of the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable in the store and will definitely be back.

I've always have had a good experience at Alpine. From the knowledgeable Bud Tenders and MGMT to the flower. It's all about consistency, but my experience on Wed 11/27(close to closing time)was special mainly because of Harmony and her kindness and generosity as a human being, not an employee. You gave me faith that there are still good people out there just when I had lost it!

Alpine Essentials is my favorite dispensary!
First, the design of the shop is gorgeous. They have a great variety of products and have monthly deals, happy hours, loyalty points, etc! But what I think really sets them apart is the staff – everyone there is so friendly and welcoming but I especially have to shout out Mike and Harmony! They are both incredibly knowledgeable about the products and always take the time to answer my questions.
Highly recommend this place if you're looking for top-notch service and a great selection!
