I’ve been going to Emily for a while for laser and I love the results and her! I was excited when she told me she was opening up a red light therapy room. I’ve been using an at home red-light mask for my acne and have seen positive results so I was excited to have that same effect on my whole body. Before I came in the first time I had twisted my ankle and red light is also supposed to help with reducing inflammation and healing and I could actually feel my ankle tingling slightly in there! My face always feels a little tighter after and any active breakouts I have seem to calm down. The room is nice with a fan blowing on you and a speaker playing relaxing music. It’s very clean and Emily is super responsive. I also think the price is reasonable especially with the new monthly plan she has coming.

I’ve done red light therapy a few years ago with another company but they used a small machine that is placed over the specific body parts that you want to target and then after so many minutes they move the machine to other body parts. But at Alaula Red Light Therapy they have an entire tanning bed style that targets your entire body all at once and it is a total game changer for sure. It’s so relaxing and I love it so much. I’m going for my 2nd session today and I’m so excited. I left the place feeling so good and soooo relaxed ? The owner Emily is the sweetest she also owns Freedom Laser where I also go for my Laser Tattoo removal as well. What makes it even better is its right here in my home town as well so convenient and close to home

The red light therapy experience this place offers is like no others. It’s so peaceful. A very relaxing 20 min self care moment that you can plug in easily in your day. My skin feels so soft after just one session. This place is very professional. The service of Emily is beyond excellent. I’m so grateful I found this place, I will absolutely combine a red light therapy to all my laser sessions. I recently tried a red light therapy session and wanted to share my experience. The clinic had a calm and inviting atmosphere, with a softly lit therapy room and relaxing music in the background. Such a relaxing experience trying the new red light therapy ! I actually fell asleep inside and you can just feel your cells rejuvenating and healing. Emily does an amazing job to make each client feel welcome and comfortable and with any questions you may have , she has an educated answer !!

Ive been meaning to try this - so grateful we have this in Haleiwa!!! It was essentially a super peaceful 20 minute relaxation / meditation, but with all the benefits of red light therapy.
