Thank you for a great appointment today! I just moved back to the area after living in Philadelphia for 20 years. Prior to moving back my hairdresser canceled my appt. I was worried about having my hair done before starting my new job next week so I called your salon and was able to get a last minute cut & color appt for today with a weeks notice with Micah.
He was so amazing and attentive to all of my specific hair needs. He took such time and care with me. He’s extremely knowledgeable and you can tell cares about his work and clients. It was a wonderful, relaxing experience and a great welcome back to the area. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you!! ❤️

However, there was a miscommunication between myself, the receptionist, and the stylist/designer as to what the appointment was for. Ashley did an amazing job salvaging the situation and I will from now on have her do my hair. Thank you for rectifying the issue and for doing a great job!!

I would avoid Perry as a stylist.

I have been here once before and Ashlee did great. I was feeling particularly down about myself so I figured I'd go in for a new style and a confidence boost. I went in with A PICTURE of what I was looking for so there was no mistaking it. I cried the entire night after she cut my hair and considered calling into work the next day. She did not listen to what I was saying, the cut was not even close, and I ended up with a cut akin to Ishmael from Kingpin. She styled with a flat iron even though I asked her not to because I never actually style my hair that way but she continued anyway. I guess when I pay for a style I assume it's one of my choosing but not with Perry. I told her several times I did not like the cut and she basically shrugged and told me that I can kind of "muss it up." I told her twice that I wanted my bangs blended in with the sides of my hair and she kept cutting my bangs shorter and shorter ... I literally had to tell her to stop cutting my hair and get out of her chair. I was basically in a full-blown panic attack by the end of the cut. I felt worse about myself than when I walked in and now I have to pin my bangs back and wear my hair in a ponytail until it grows back...which is basically where I started just now I have bangs that looks like I got into a fight with a hedgetrimmer and lost.

You should consider that AJ himself called me to apologize and I met with Brian who tried to correct what he could which really couldn't be helped unless I took more hair off but he was absolutely wonderful despite me being so upset. If I do choose to go back, it will only be to see Brian.
