Paralyzed my right lower lip right before my wedding. Couldn’t smile at my Bridal Shower. My lip finally regained function but it still damaged my nerve and a muscle below my chin. Permanently weakened the right side of my face, now my face is asymmetrical. And all of this happened as a result of a procedure I was not scheduled for when I came in that day, as a last minute suggestion.

I waited 3 years to review hoping my face would return to normal because I am never one to leave a bad review or even complain about an experience but it still upsets me after all this time and my face hasn’t recovered.

They also had me pay as I was crying leaving the office (after realizing I couldn’t move my lip). And I found out months after I had finished paying off the procedure they had been charging my card a thousand dollars monthly due to a “VIP” program that I had to call multiple times to figure out how to refund since I was obviously not coming in after that.

Would not recommend.

I was greeted with kindness and all the employees made sure I was comfortable and had all my questions answered. Morgan did not rush my appointment and was very sweet and personable.
