I took my granddaughter there to get her hair done and they overcharge her and they didn’t make her look as pretty as she should’ve looked when she left out of there. I’m so disappointed in the young lady. She was a black hispanic that were glasses. The older lady disappointed, so disappointed. I will never bring her back there again and I wish she didn’t pay you upfront because you wouldn’t get all that money next time you do somebody’s hair regardless if they don’t get a flat iron, you still should have made her look good when she walked out of there. I am so disappointed.

Very attentive, professional Dominican beauticians and with great pricing! I walked in after 6pm which is past the time the take their last client. They welcomed me in, washed and blow dried my hair! Great customer service!

I found this salon on google and decided to try it out after reading reviews. These ladies got me in and out! I got a shampoo and set (silk press). My hair has soooo much body! It reminded me of the old school stylist that used to do my wraps in high school. It's almost been two weeks and my hair is STILL going strong. I went to a concert last night where it lightly rained and still woke up to body despite not having an umbrella.
The price is great, the customer service is amazing and the salon is cleaned! Please give them a try.

Went at 9am on a Saturday morning. First person in. Washed my hair immediately. I asked for deep conditioner which they did & sat me under the dryer for 15 min. I asked for a blow dry and silk press. Bought my granddaughter to get her hair washed and ponytails. Hair looked nice. But when it got wet you can smell PERM very strong and she never had a perm at 3yo I never asked for perm now her hair is breaking on her edges and she constantly itch. Perms causes CANCERS and they should not using what ever it is when they wash your hair.

My first visit was this morning, at 9am,and only waited a few minutes. Got a blowout, and chose not to go under the dryer prior to blowing out because I had to hurry back home to work, which is something I will do next time. Ada was understanding but let me know that was an extra $10, which is fair. Ada and her staff took care of their clients promptly and provided excellent service. Will be going back there every two weeks for the blowout services.

Be aware: Blowouts are $45-50, which brought my total to $60. Come early, and sign the book. PLEASE wear a mask, as several clients came in unmasked and were told to get one, and they don't have them on hand. Be safe for the stylists and other fellow clients.

The first time I brought my daughter Janet did her hair and it was awesome. Very nice and went straight to work! Awesome service besides being on personal calls almost the entire time. It was still great and wouldn't trade my outcome for anything. My second visit was NOT a great experience at all with customer service at all. They opened late (called the night before to be sure they would be there at 8 and they don't take appointments), the lady that opened serviced us and stated that she only wash hair which was fine....but the issue was the other lady in the back that stayed on her phone the ENTIRE time while 2 customers waited up front. I know she does all services because I seen her on my first visit doing total service. I told the lady on the phone that my daughter needed a deep condition and see said OK and sat her @$$ back down on the phone without telling the young lady that was actually working what I asked (which is the same thing I asked for when I signed in that no one looked at). So I will have to try to make an appointment with Janet next time. If not possible I won't be back. Very pissed.
