My husband got me a gift card for Christmas that I just got around to using. I was pretty intimidated looking at the website and seeing all of the services they offer. I am getting married and wanted to get my toes done so I booked appointment for me and my maid of honor. Upon arriving everyone was very welcoming and the place was super clean and calming. The check in process was super easy. I got sent back to the room where I met Dominique. She made me feel so comfortable and was very personable. We talked the entire time and really related to one another. Highly recommend her and this spa. Can't wait to return ?

I love this place my family all go here. The people that work here are awesome especially with kids. I myself have gotten a haircut with wash and style. Mani and Pedi and a message all of the women were great. I would definitely recommend going.

I've seen Cara twice now and both times she has been amazing. She's attentive and listened to what I wanted and asked plenty of questions to be sure we were on the same page.

I took the survey to be matched up with a stylist for my needs...I have curly hair. I was matched up with Geena- who is very, very sweet and pleasant to work with but was not experienced with curly hair. I'm not sure how much she cut off but it didn't look like anything was done. I got home and was asked what time I was going to get my hair cut! I was so very disappointed and wound up cutting my own hair right after coming home from the salon.

First Visit. My 3-star rating is soley for Mia, my Stylist. This was my first time visiting this Salon. I was referred by a friend who recommended Tara. It seems newcomers can't even get a consultation with her. My appointment was scheduled with Mia. My services were shampo/condition, blowout & style with curls. Mia was very professional, courteous, attentive, upbeat & personable. She took her time & asked questions on how I wanted my hair styled. I was very satisfied with her work. I brought my formula with me from my long-time hairstylist in California, which she was happy to work with for possible future appointments. Mia even offered me tea & water.
On another note, when I first walked into the salon, I didn't feel the welcome & wow factor. The salon seems very cramped & the stylist's booths are very close together. The waiting area had only two chairs and a lot of displays were set up for selling products & clothing merchandise. There was no mention or offers for first-time clients as other Aveda Salons have listed on their website. During my entire appointment another client sat next to me & stared at me which made me feel very uncomfortable. There's very little privacy, and everyone can hear your conversation. This should be a place where you can relax while getting your hair done. While I understand this business is all about making $$$, a little remodel would make clients feel much more welcome & comfortable. I have been to several other AVEDA Salons in both California and Florida.

Second Visit: I returned for a second appointment with Mia. This time I was extremely disappointed with my root touch-up. I had given Mia my formula from the very beginning but she insisted on changing things and then told me she did not have enough time for my highlights. I settled for the root touch-up, wash & condition, blowout and style. When I got home, my color was too dark. I realize Mia is fairly new to this profession and she's still learning but she lacks the knowledge, experience and expertise. I do not recommend and will not return to this salon. No one has bothered to reach out to me.

I had a fabulous experience here. Savannah patiently and expertly cut, highlighted, and styled my hair. I feel better than I have for many, many years. Everyone there is very nice, professional, and talented. I’m going to book an appointment for a facial and pedicure next time!
