Our experience here was absolutely top-notch. From the moment we called to book our appointment, the lady on the phone was incredibly kind and informative, making the entire process seamless. She even guided us to the location on the day of our visit. Upon arrival, we had a 10-minute consultation with our two massage therapists, where they discussed our specific pain points, areas that might need extra attention, and whether we wanted to incorporate essential oils (and helped us choose the right scents). They also offered options like hot stones and explained how to best communicate our needs during the massage.

Before and after the session, we were given the chance to use the restroom, and they provided everything we needed—robes, towels, and even a shower. We opted for a couples massage to celebrate our 2-year wedding anniversary, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The attention to detail and personalized care made it an unforgettable experience.

Thea and Pamela were amazing! They made us feel very comfortable, and really worked hard to learn what we needed most, and how they could best help heal our bodies. Their use of healing stones was fantastic, and the Japanese facial is something I wish I could have every day.

I get a lot of massages, and I have to say that Thea was amazing. In addition to my massage, she gave me a mix of Trager, Jin Shin Jyutsu, hot stone - along with a Chakra balancing. The experience started off with a consultation where she encouraged communication and went over what I needed and wanted. She explained everything in depth and helped me to choose some essential oils to be used during the massage. It was unlike any massage I ever had, and I felt so relaxed and awesome afterward. I must also mention that Thea was the loveliest of people with wonderful energy about her. My sister had an equally enjoyable massage experience as well. I highly recommend A Spa for You in Sedona!

A Spa For You is the best massage place I’ve ever been to! Thea is such a wonderful person to work with! She makes it easy to schedule and is so kind! My husband and I enjoy getting couples massages! The massage therapist perform such a thorough initial consultation to ensure our massage is exactly what we are looking for. They are so professional and make us constantly feel comfortable. Everyone we have had here are great! Kate, Jodi and Thea are so wonderful at what they do!! We will be back!

I just had the best massage treatment in my life. We had a couple massage with pamela and cecile. We discuss our pain points and they focus on massaging the area. It did not feel painful or tickling. I fell a sleep from deep relaxation. I have never had this relaxing feeling during a massage before. I would definitely recommend this place!
