Edit: In response to the owner, thank you so much for replying over a year later! Truly mirroring the efficiency of your services and customer care! But, unfortunately for me, this review is not fake and is my impartial, horrendous experience. This occurred when you still operated out of Campus Town.

I made an appointment to have my hair cut and styled by a certain stylist. When I arrived on time, I was told to have a seat and wait as my stylist was working with someone still. After 45 min, I finally spoke up to ask what was going on. They told me she was still with someone and made me wait longer. After another 45 minutes (90min past my appt time), I asked again and instead of telling me what was going on they said they would wash my hair while I waited...I agreed and had my hair washed by the receptionist...? After this, they took me back to the counter, told me the stylist couldn't see me right now and charged me $40 for washing my hair?! If I could give zero stars, I would. Thanks to this establishment, I am nay likely to visit a salon of this variety again. And this was after 3 attempted interactions to give them the benefit of the doubt.

AJ's color skill is phenomenal. Her business ethic and interpersonal skills are so much better than so many stylists of this area. Timely responses, proper hours, and prices are perfectly on point. Many in the area charge for what they can not deliver but she has delivered above and beyond each time I've come! The salon is well kept and a gorgeous style with the light pink walls and gold accents to make the black standard salon chair room look so much more stylish.

Had the most wonderful experience here. Walked in frazzled and a mess at 10 am when they opened. AJ wasn’t in until 3 so I was told to call around then to see if I could get in. I had just moved here from Iowa. I got in! And needless to say AJ was amazing. I walked out feeling like a million dollars.
Seriously thank you so much! I love my new hair style! And you did a superb job waxing my eyebrows!

First time visitor and definitely not the last time. I love the atmosphere and vibe they give. My hairstylist DeDe was so amazing and made me feel as if she has known me forever. Soon as i step foot in the door i felt welcomed and enjoyed my time there. Of you are looking for an amazing shop with a talented singing receptionist lol yes yall she can sang, talented hands and a chill, chic relaxing shop then this is the spot for you...... and not to mention the prices are VERY resonable

I loved my haircut and style! Shampoo, conditioner, haircut, blow dry, and flatiron ran about $75 before the tip. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because my appointment was at 1 but I didn't get started until 2. Albeit, it was the weekend. Anyway, I will return!

I normally do not write reviews but I must say Keelah did a beyond amazing job. I have 4a/b natural hair and literally this week, I got the best silk out of my entire life! Everyone where I work is asking me when did I get a perm and its really hard to convince them that I didn't, and that its just mind blowingly straight! Coming from a larger city, its hard to find someone, but I seriously recommend her to anyone! Also, great trim as well. She knows the difference between a trim and a cut. She is so talented and has a great career ahead of her! She's kind and superb attention to detail when it comes to hair! And AJ and everyone at the salon are just really awesome people. I've had nothing but positive experiences since I started going there a little less than a year ago.
