My sister saved up money to get her hair done for the first time and a day or two after the color she started seeing how red it was when she wanted brown, Amy then blocked my sister from her personal phone and from calling the salon to get her hair fixed. This is not how you address situations and is poorly managed. Do yourself a favor and don’t get your hair done by her, extremely horrible customer service and an even worse color job. Her blonde is orange and her brown is red.

If I could give this salon a zero I would. I got my hair done two days ago by amy I asked for brown hair with icy blonde underneath. What I got wasn’t even close. My hair is so red and my blonde is orange she didn’t even tone my hair. Honestly the whole time I felt like she was doing whatever she wanted. It looked great at first until I got in the sunlight and realized my hair is literally ginger. I then texted her asking if she could fix it she then said I would have to wait a month! I proceeded to tell her that’s too long and id rather do it myself and that I would like a refund or a partial refund she then blocked me. I can’t believe how immature and selfish she is. If her hair was ruined and can’t get a refund or even fixed before the holidays I’m sure she would throw a fit. This salon is terrible and childish. Thank you Amy for ruining my hair before the holidays.

Hair was absolutely beautiful! Makeup did not reach up to professional standards and I could've done a better job and it was extremely expensive, not glam and I had to fix most of it, and my products were used. The person is no longer there so I am not bashing the other stylists at all, but I was extremely disappointed in the outcome of this because I was in a wedding and had higher expectations.

I do not live in the area so I wouldn't go back, but if I did I would see one of the other girls. Again I'm posting my experience with a previous stylist. Not the salon itself.

This is a great place to get all your beauty needs from head to toe. Everyone who works here listens to everything you want and makes sure they explain it back to you before doing anything. My hair is always beautiful when Heather gets finished with it. I always watch the others doing hair and have never heard a complaint from anyone. I've seen awesome nails and toes done and eyelash extensions done. This is the perfect place to get all the above done. Make sure you make an appointment, these ladies stay super busy.

I made an appointment March 6th for March 25th to have my nails done for the first time with Rosie. I contacted her through Instagram, and was given an appointment date and time. My appointment was this morning for 9:15. I drove 40 minutes and arrived at the salon at 8:30, only to find out that they moved locations. There was no sign stating that they moved on the prior salon door. This was never communicated to me. I arrived at the new salon location at 9:26 and was told I would need to reschedule as she had a full schedule for the day. I understand she has a business to run, but I just feel that it’s super unprofessional to not have communicated this to me earlier and then not see me. Good luck to her and her business.

Horrible salon DON’T use this place!!
The beautician completely changed my entire hair color after asking only for a root touch up! She refused to refund any money wasted and the owner refused any responsibility to make things right. I have never had such a horrible experience with a salon the way I had with this one! Save your money and your hair find another place!!
