Moved here 3 years ago from a Midwest metro area… missing my prior med spa, I was referred to Kim at A Better You. She’s great! Takes care of all my needs. I’m picky, so I wanted a medical professional. I’ve had the best results for the past 3 years. On her new weight loss program I’ve dropped over lbs!!! Highly recommend Kim and her services. She’s talented, fairly priced and highly qualified! You will not regret!

I just had Botox and fillers for my fourth time. Kim does a great job. Not one bruise or blemish. She Uses the best products and numbing cream. Fillers can be painful so numbing cream is ultra important. Prices are very reasonable and they carry my favorite products. This is my favorite spa ever ❤️

Kim is a great practitioner. She’s very knowledgeable and personable, and she listens to what you need. She’s also very prompt and ready for you right at the time of your appointment.
Her offices have a gorgeous plush spa ambiance that is both lovely and relaxing.

I started going here for the weight loss program the owner Kim provides in October of 2022. I had requested to change medications in January of 2023 because the one I was on wasn't working for me anymore. She gave me the wrong medication with a label she created with the medication it was supposed to be! I had been taking the wrong meds for 5 days, triple the amount than what ur supposed to take. I had a mild overdose and almost went to the hospital! I called and messaged her that evening. I even called the Arizona Poison hotline because i was so scared. I had to call her the next day around 1pm because she hadn't responded to me yet. She answered the phone like I was an inconvenience to her. She agreed to meet me that evening to get me the correct medication and she refunded the amount I paid for the last appointment. I had made a doctor's appointment for a follow up/blood tests with my primary care and I asked her to pay for what my insurance doesn't cover. She refused because she can't "afford it". That's the most ridiculous thing I have ever herd from someone who owns a business. She took no accountability or had any remorse. Don't go to this business. Save yourself from this place!
