We were traveling through from out of town and all the staff were so kind. They gave little toys to my sick little one, worked with us since they were an out of network provider with our insurance, and even printed off information about the diagnosis.

There was a bit of a wait since we were walk-ins, but totally worth the amazing and personalized care we received. Highly recommend!

Dr. William Moeller is the best Doctor I have ever had. He was my Doctor, my husbands doctor and my two daughter's doctor for over 5 years in Grand Junction, Colorado. He was a lifesaver for me. When I saw him for the first time I was not doing well with my asthma and very ill. I had been going to another Doctor in town and was prescribed medications that were working against my asthma issues.. Dr. Moeller quickly changed all the meds I was taking and prescribed me what I needed and it completely turned my health around for the better. He is very knowledgeable, always has great recommendations for my care and he stays up to date with any new medications or medical services his patients might need. His personality is amazing, he always made me laugh and feel so much better by the time my visit was over. I would recommend Dr. Moeller to everyone. I was sad when he moved away from Grand Junction, but my family and I are very happy for him. He is an amazing Doctor and I am sure he is making patients very happy in the town he is in now. I just passed through here (17:30, 9/30/2020). On Monday, 9/28 I called the pharmacy and asked when I needed to come in to pick up my refill. The pharmacist or staff member who answered reviewed my information and told me to come in on Wednesday (today) to pick my medicadtions up. Please note, "when should I come pick them up" was the question I asked, very batim. Upon reviewing my labels and information today, I found that I am 2 days early on medication A, and medication b I've been fighting with my insurance to fill since June 10. That's 30+ days late picking up medication b. Again, the pharmacy told me to pick both medications up today when I called them Monday, I came in to get them today, per their directive, and they refused to fill medication a, stating I was 5 or 6 days early and proceeded to lecture and insult me for refilling early, even though I called and asked what day *they* needed me to come in to pick them up. I didn't ask them to give them to me at any specific time or that I needed them any specific time. I asked when. They said Wednesday. Explain to me why I'm wasting gas, time, and money? It isn't my fault the pharmacist can't see when I last filled my medication, but clearly when they are unable to differentiate between 2, and 5 or 6 days, there is an issue. These guys are going to cost someone a life making mistakes like that and communicating so poorly. Please send your pharmacy staff back to training until they are able to give clear direction, count past one, and collaborate amongst themselves more effectively. This is absolutely not acceptable.

The doctor's here are a joke I went in she put a telescope on my chest n sent me on my way told her I Had a bad cough and trouble breathing she confirmed it n let me go total waste of time
