The bud tenders inside are super nice and friendly. The setup is really cool. I'm just a little annoyed because apparently there's a new point system and previously going there as a loyal customer means nothing anymore. Would have been nice to know that going forward. If you previously had any loyalty points they are gone.

Update: after leaving a customer service notice they refunded me the points. I appreciate them making it right when they are the ones who caused the whole thing. I do enjoy this place but they should have notified customers about the changes especially when it comes to losing money we had accrued.

What a beautiful building especially for a dispensary, love that you can watch the whole dab and edible process through the glass floors! Everyone here is warm and welcoming the moment you walk in the door. Shout out to Tara, Angelo, and Brie for their knowledge of product and setting me up with some great smoke. Absolutely love this whole store and crew!

Blown away by how amazing this dispensary is! It's big and clean and everyone is so welcoming! I love the glass floor they let's you see down into the kitchen where they make the best edibles I've ever experienced. I particularly had the best experience with my budtender Brooke. She was so sweet and kind and I look forward to going back when I re up to see her! It can be intimidating sometimes going into a dispensary but I felt comfortable with Brooke. 10 put of ten recommend if I could rate higher than five stars I would.

UPDATE: Their joints also now smoke like garbage ? theyve cut costs on everything snd skimped all products go to pure in denver once a month. Was fine till they decided to open 2 new locations without being able to properly stock 2. Now there's 0 product anywhere and they skimp on everything and their quality horrendous

Totally taken back by the level of service, professionalism and thought that went into the customer experience! Went in to take a look around and grab something cheap just to see what the new place was all about. I was greeted by a very awesome security guard that gave us the full tour! I am a med patient and I'll definitely still be going here for the hash, carts and bud. I think you guys got a great model for how the industry should move in this era. Double thumbs up
