The folks at Sauna Friend were incredible. They started off by helping me pick the sauna that fit my needs and my budget without any pressure or upselling, which was a nice breath of fresh air. When I was ready to make my purchase they walked me through the whole thing. Once it arrived and my basement was ready for install, they came and installed it in just a few hours! They were very knowledgeable and gave me a little tutorial and answered all of my questions! They were incredibly kind, a joy to talk to, and my new sauna is both gorgeous and high quality.

I really enjoyed working with David and Eric throughout our sauna purchasing process. They were both very informative without pressuring us to go with one model or another. Sauna friend is more than just a place to get your sauna. I have learned so many health hacks from the owner and more importantly how to enhance my sauna experience.

I chose Sauna Friend bc I think their product is superior to others after my research as well as it using infrared light instead of stones to heat it.

The customer service has been amazing. If I have any questions about my sauna I always get them answered even after my purchase. I also love the lifetime warranty.
