I was in a couple of weeks ago. I did use New Talent, who told me she was trained and done with school, just learning Ten’s products. I wanted ends trimmed about an inch into long layers, and either full highlights or balayage. She chose balayage. I was there over 5 hrs!! She cut 3-4 inches off! I can’t describe how terrible the “balayage “ looks. There was even a guy who was supposed to check her work, asked if I curled my hair. I said no. He said curl it and it’ll hide it!! My family and friends can’t believe they let me leave looking like that-it’s embarrassing. I filled out the survey and requested someone contact me and they never did. They’re supposed to be a high end salon. I think the just care about the spa side now. I’ve attached pics. My hair started out completely no color, highlights, anything. Dark brown

My daughter came in for a consultation with a master stylist after she bleached her long hair and was full of regret. The stylist not only was kind and understanding but also got her in that same day with a stylist to fix it. She is now extremely happy with her hair. Thank you TEN!

My A-line Bob is amazing! There are a million ways to Sunday to do this cut, but Katherine really listened and understood what exactly I wanted out of a very specific idea in my mind and perfectly brought it to life! She nailed it in every aspect possible including actively listening to my idea, asking clarifying questions, and checking her understanding before making any moves to cut my hair in addition to providing personal connection and comfort the whole way through! Not to mention every cut comes with a hair wash and scalp massage, and you get to choose your level of experience you wish to pay for, making it super affordable to get a great cut! I originally came here because a coworker of mine had a bombshell of a hair cut and dye here and I am *not* regretting giving this a place a try!! #canIseeyourmanager because my Karen cut looks awesome and I want to give you props!

I had an appointment scheduled with a stylist who couldn't make it, but the staff called and were able to fit me in same day. They provided excellent customer service over the phone and in person.

Jorden was great! My hair came out exactly how I wanted, perfectly layered throughout. Will definitely be a regular here.

This was my first salon experience at TEN Salon & Spa, and I would highly recommend their salon services to anyone! The staff is very friendly, professional, and they offer a very welcoming atmosphere. I've had some pretty bad salon experiences lately while trying to find a new stylist (my previous stylist of 12 years is no longer in business) and I will say, if you're struggling with finding a new stylist or even entrusting someone with your hair, TEN Salon & Spa is a great place to start. Their salon team is nothing short from top-notch! I met with Merissa, and she is AMAZING!!! She knew exactly what my hair needed, what cut would fit me best, and the best part is she listens and is 100% honest with her feedback or recommendations. Thank you again Merissa, you truly rock!! I'll be seeing you again soon! You can tell a lot about a salon team who cares about their customers, and at TEN Salon & Spa, they do exactly just that!

In July 2024 I went to the salon to do my hair, a retouch on my highlights I asked for the most experience person and unfortunately, I got a lady name Jorden who did a horrible job on my hair. She took forever and then at the end kept saying that my highlights were perfect. She took me to the sink and put two toners on my hair and I came out of there with my hair looking worse she dried it out. It was horrible it looked worst then when I walked in. I could not see no highlights so I contacted her and I said I don’t see no highlights on my hair and she kept Telling me that my hair did not take the bleach that she was afraid she was gonna break my hair off. I clearly told her that my hair has been highlighted before it was just a touchup. Being from California I always bleached my hair. And I never had a bad experience like this.
My hair took the bleach perfectly at the other place I had gone to. I have been high lighting my hair for a very long time. I don’t know what she did. I don’t know what But it looked like she was not at all experienced with doing bleach on brown hair. I talked to the manager and they kept telling me to wait three weeks and then go back. She charged me over $200 to do my hair I even gave her. A very high tip. Because she did take her time. but she didn’t do anything to my hair except dry it out. It looks like she had let the bleach turn my hair orange so she didn’t let get Past the time that it takes to really bleach the hair. She was scared to do my hair My hair was not in bad shape. My hair could take the bleach because I had done it two months before it was just a touchup on the highlights that I had you could Clearly see that I had highlights previously it was very upsetting because I was trying to get ready for A friends wedding my hair just looked orangey. Be careful with these people here they charge an arm and a leg and they don’t get the job done. If I could give them o star I would. Oh and by the way her name is Jorden!!!?
