This was my second time here… first time I left happy. Second time I did not. I came in for a mani pedi, which I usually just do myself now. I was excited to get pampered but it was a rather painful experience instead. When I was getting my fingers done, the nail tech would shove her fingers nails into my nail beds. She cut my skin under my finger with the e-file. It has been 3 days and my finger is still in pain. My cuticles and around my nails have never looked more messed up and dried out. I do not think I will ever be coming back again. It was insanely expensive for the end result to look like this.

Absolutely love love love how my pedicure turned out. I’ve been here a few times now and each time they never disappoint. We came in today, 3 of us on Mother’s Day, with no reservations and it was very busy but they got us in fairly quickly. They were very accommodating to our needs and made sure we were satisfied with our outcome on the polish before finishing. This will definitely be my go to place from now on.

Had a builder gel refill. Cuticles were barely touched and no oil was applied at the end. One of my nails was unnecessarily shortened and when I asked for the tech (I believe his name was Billy) to even it out, he nodded but never did. It’s just awkward and I sure did pay for it.

This is the second time I’ve gotten a pedicure here, so I feel like I can accurately review it now. I chose to come back because it is very clean here, I often feel a little worried about getting pedicures because there is a chance you could get toe or foot fungus, but this place is very clean. I booked with Class pass so they didn’t try to upsell me much as my appointment was already payed for. The reason I only gave this a 3 was because I booked a signature pedicure pretty much solely for the foot care and the massage. If I really wanted I could paint my own toes at home that part isn’t hard. However, there was not a single point in the whole process that she actually massaged me. She literally just glided her hands, the hot stone, and the grater lightly over my legs. It was so soft it was almost like she was tickling me. So I was very disappointed that I didn’t actually get the services I payed for. She also didn’t say anything to me the entire service, typically I don’t like to have lots of conversation but she just kind of dismissed me didn’t ask if the water was too hot or if the pressure was enough. I got regular polish and she never told me how long to sit there or brought me flip flops to wear. Overall very lazy service and for a $55 pedi I expected better. There were two ladies next to me who I could tell were getting good service the guy was actually paying attention and massaging them and scrubbing their callus off. Also to top it off the massage chair I was in was broken. I would be willing to give it another try with a different person servicing me, but I was very disappointed today.

I paid 280$ for 2 pedicures, a fill for my daughter and I requested shellac for my nails but was pressured to go with the "dip" as I wanted a French tip on my nails as well. My daughter was so unhappy with her fill that she came home and filed her nails down. I have cuts on my toes, and I have been getting pedis for years now. It was literally a painful pedicure with a 6 minute massage after requesting the signature pedi. I wanted a pop of color and requested pink and orange flowers. The lady made the flower white and black in the middle and said that looked better than my suggestion! ? I'm going on vacation, and it's not off to a good start. I'm so disappointed!!

$45 on a pedicure. This is what I was left with. I got a basic pedi, no callus removal, with gel. The nails look beautiful. But she scraped almost nothing off my feet. I didn’t notice until I got out to my car. There are other places that will do a more thorough job — even with a basic pedi and no callus removal. I won’t be returning.
