I've had 3 massages by Jen, and every single one was outstanding! I've never gotten a massage by anyone who is as knowledgeable about the human body as she is. She really takes the time to understand everything going on with your BEFORE hopping on the table. Then she checks in with you during the massage to make sure everything is good and adjusts accordingly if necessary. The last 2 times, I've had the bamboo massage. Wow. Warm bamboo sticks are used instead of her hands and can really get the kinks worked out. Plus, the heat really helps to loosen everything up. I highly recommend this type of massage to anyone. Plus, right now, it's dirt cheap...like $68 for 2 hours. The price is going up in December, rightfully so. You can also add on 30 minutes of energy work or reflexology or a couple of other things, I think. Only $20 more. I can't say enough good things about Jen. I highly recommend booking her now.

Seriously the best!! Jen is so professional! The space is clean and calm. Jen tailors treatments to your needs and provides education for stretches and other things to do to improve health between appointments! The new bamboo massages are ! Overall such an amazing experience and I will continue to go to her!

I flew into the area with a hurting back that only got worse as the days went by. I scheduled with Jen and she did an AMAZING job! The pain was reduced by 90%, I was able to move around much easier and I slept like a baby that night! Jen saved my vacation! Thank you, Jen!

Jen is a master at finding the source of your pain. The hot bamboo sticks are amazing and so soothing. I may never be able to enjoy a regular massage again after the hot bamboo experience.
