I sat in the chair for almost 3 hours for a FILL. The nail tech that did my nails had her daughter there who was extremely rude and disrespectful to clients. The child was blaring music on her IPAD on repeat and screaming and kicking my chair and shoved her water bottle on my face several times during my appointment. To say that I and other clients were very much over the unconscionable child is an understatement. While this all went on the tech/ mother was on FaceTime for majority of the appointment and also took a smoke break.
One of my nails that were polished wasn’t fully cured and peeled off within hours after my appointment. I will not be back and will not recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointed in this local Nail Salon.

They need to clean their work stations, mani girls are ok but the pedicure lady has it going on. For the first time in 30 years, I fell asleep in the shiatsu chair. She has great hands

OMG this is my 2 nd time trying to give this place another chance and after I told them I didn’t like it she continued and then cut them all off and sent me home like this with no apology no offer to give a discount. I made an apt at 3pm 3 days before and they took 3 hrs to get me seen and this is what my final nails looked like.. horrible horrible service didn’t offer a resolution but to come back tomorrow? Wanted me to go home looking like this after waiting 3 hrs . Even after I made an apt I can’t say enough about this place it’s not a professional place at all!

If I could give a negative review I would. Worst experience I have ever had with a nail salon. Toke over 30 minutes just to do a soak off. Was booked for a dip. Nail tech rather socialized with her friends then work my nails. Left me sitting there waiting and zipped my nails before checking the sped on her drill. I have great natural grow out. Was wanting a basic 4th of July theme and couldn’t even sit long enough for me to talk with her what I would like. Very and beyond disappointed!!!! Hope no one ever experiences this and owners care more about their customers than letting techs leave the customer hanging.

Ps clean your towels and stations before a client sits. Got sat at a dirty station and a dirty towel covered on my hands.
