Que lugar tan maravilloso! Estuve este fin de semana con mi familia en Fraser, Colorado y el domingo estuvimos allí. Excelente variedad de comidas y bebidas y un ambiente súper tranquilo para relajarse y compartir con familiares/amigos. Nos sentimos muy a gusto con el servicio, el dueño es muy amable y nos dio un tour de las instalaciones. Para la comunidad hispana que busca lugares donde ir en Fraser les recomiendo este lugar 100%.

Absolutely my favorite stop during our trip. The staff was all so friendly even though they were super busy. We each tried two different flights before decoy we just liked the bourbon best. My husband enjoyed the cranberry whiskey sour and took two bottles back. We ordered and cheese and meat try, fries, and brought a pulled pork sandwich and hamburger back for the kids. Everything was spot on.

Family trip to a family owned business & couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Food was freshly made & they had great alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink options! Their menu looks small at first glance, but it is mighty & packed with flavor. We were visiting from out of town but would love to be a local and get to come to this place often! A Fraser gem!

Fraser valley distilling was great. They accommodated our party of 11 and even the owner greeted us. The food and drinks were tasty and the service was on par. We will be back for sure to get the buffalo cauliflower and paolmas.

We liked this place so well that we came back the very next day! Laid back atmosphere, well lit, level access for my mobility scooter. Barry, the owner, was very happy to chat about his products and process. Nicole was our server. She was extremely attentive, warm and welcoming, helping to make both of our evenings feel special. We did flights of liqueurs and whiskeys in addition to savoring some of their cocktails. The food was outstanding and most things were large portions. Perhaps the best cornbread in the world, and one slice would serve two people. We also had the pulled pork sandwich, grilled brussel sprouts, and chocolate cake. Everything was excellent. We will be back!

Amazing food and cocktails (& mocktails)! I love their patio in the summer and in the winter the inside is cozy and cute. If the owner is around, she is a delight to talk to.

We had one experience with bad service but the other four times we’ve been it’s been great so probably a one-off bad day. It clearly didn’t stop us from going back again!!

This is how it should be done. Good drink selection, good food, and great atmosphere and staff. Don't let nearby construction scare you off. Must stop here.

UPDATE- Last year I fell in love with their single malt whiskey. Stopped by to pick up some more bottles. To my surprise, they had changed it. It's now aged in sherry casks. OMG, they have made a perfect whiskey even better!
