I really had no idea what a Thai massage is or entails. I think words really can’t describe it, you need to experience it for yourself. Since my car accident, I have been going to regular massages every 2 weeks for over 2 years just to function properly most of the time. She was the first person who helped make me better from the accident. Regular massages helped but did not fix the issue. I won’t lie, some things you are going to experience are somewhat painful, but so worth it afterwards. The best way to describe it is getting a head-to-toe massage, mixed with yoga stretching and chiropractic. Your meridian lines are also triggered as if you are getting acupuncture. All I can say is you get everything from all worlds in one massage, so the benefits are worth the cost. Through my last 15 years of experiences with different practitioners, I have to say she has a special touch, and this is not something you learn, it's a gift she has!!! -Karin 2017

Sophia really improved even more things and uses cupping, oils and cranial. She always works with your issues and pain at the time, even if you only schedule a massage, she incorporates what your body needs at the time. You must try it to believe it!
