I was having a really great experience at first. Until they got busy and they decided the tech who was working on my nails would start helping a new client before my nail services were even finished. My nail polish was done in a rushed manner by another employee and I was left with my nails drying for almost half an hour before the topcoat was added because everyone started helping new clients. My nail polish has a multitude of issues/blemishes and it was not worth the money. The only reason I didn’t leave 1 star is because the woman that first started on my nails was friendly and courteous.

Vivi is totally awesome! The entire Broadmoor Nails staff is all professional and they do an outstanding job! They do get really busy especially on the weekends!! So I recommend making an appointment! I love Vivi, her massages are great and she gives my nails the attention they need! I will not go anywhere else!!

This place was a mistake to come to. None of my nails are uniform (I asked for rounded), they are all different lengths, I’ve got a ton of acrylic stuck underneath my nails. I tried to voice my concerns and the salon artist literally blew me off. I warn anyone about going here, after this experience. One of my nails is literally a giant gape.

I like the location of this salon and the reasonable prices are a plus. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic, making my manicure and pedicure experience very enjoyable. My nails look beautiful and last.

I had a really bad set of gel nails put on and came here to get them fixed as a walk-in. They were kind (even though my nails were starting very rough). Win managed to make my nails beautiful again and the price was very reasonable! I will be going here from now on!

I’m not usually one to leave a review but today I had to! Kayla was amazing! I have cerebral palsy and the thumb on my left hand has a tendency to fold in. Because of this I don’t get my nails done that often because i usually end up messing them up and then the nail techs have to redo them and it just takes forever and I feel bad for messing up my nails But Kayla actually understood the issue i have with my hands and did a wonderful job. She was also super nice and fun to talk to. Thank you Kayla for everything! I also have to add that veve is amazing too whenever I get her to do my nails I know they are going to turn out amazing!
