I’ve been here twice. When I received my refill, the tech forgot to put top coat on one of my nails. It’s fine, we are human.

But when I returned to the nail salon two women greeted me and I basically had to state my case to get assistance. Thankfully I knew the guys name at the time because I felt like I was getting interrogated. I was starting to get annoyed and because they were trying to brush me off saying it’s not dry instead. The nail tech said the same thing. It was very clear that there was no shine to this nail. Why wouldn’t someone come back?

Even after that frustration, the job was rushed anyways and I explained some other color polish on another nail that is supposed to be white.. it’s still there. The gel polish started chipping days later, and the sides and polish job was not smooth as it should. Some nails are bumpy.

I wouldn’t want to go back to get anything fixed as I’m sure I’d be questioned like that again. Or even be charged to get it fixed when it’s not my fault.
I’d rather not deal with people like that. ‍♀️

I came to get a manicure with my sister today because my usual girl was booked and today. We got gel x manicures which I have been doing fair some years now. The issues with this set are:
1. My real nails were filed to a PAINFULLY thin level. That they never have before and then my tech said they should be cut since I’m doing French tips. Haven’t done that either and now the nails that were cut too short are way more noticeable.
2. Some of the nails are noticeably crooked.
3. Some of the French tip lines are uneven.
4. The nails themselves aren’t even the same size between hand to hand.
I work a professional job and I have to keep my nails to a certain standard if I’m going to do them and this was so far from it that I’m scrambling to find someone to remove them. Worst $97 I’ve spent ever. And I paid cash so there isn’t any way to get it back but I will do everything in my power to save anyone I can from coming here. I stopped three of my people alone in the past hour.

Staff are amazing but the price for the nails are expensive. They charge for every little detail. Even nail polish. But the technician that took care of me was amazing and did a great job.

This used to be a great place. My experience with the nail tech this time was that she was distracted, and I had to ask her multiple times to correct some thing. Then I asked for an extra massage and it was 10 bucks for five minutes and I had to ask her multiple times to stop digging her nails into my feet and eventually I asked her to stop the massage after 2 min. I just told her to forget it. She would say ok sorry then focus on tv and keep hurting me.
Attached is a photo, my nails did not grow that much in 10 days she just didn’t get close to the cuticle at all.
I went in today to say I expected my nails to last 21 days but he said this is normal, well, I have been coming here for few years and this is the first time this happened, I’m surprised they didn’t offer to fix. I don’t have the time to get new gel every 10 days so I may have to find another place.

I haven’t gotten my nails done in awhile, and was so excited to get nails for Christmas. Unfortunately, not only are my nails completely different sizes from one finger to the next, there is polish still on my skin that I can’t seem to get off.

My technician burnt me with the mechanical buffer multiple times to the point I jumped a little each time because it was painful.

You now pay extra here for literally everything, and even though I paid $15 for a manicure (when did getting your nails done stop being/coming with a manicure) it was so minimal that I don’t even understand what I paid for.

Finally, I brought in a specific picture of what I wanted and when I compared after, it’s not even close - the shape is different, and there is no shine like in the photos (I mentioned I thought it might be chrome but no one ever acknowledged that).

I will not be going back and would steer anyone else away from here as well.

I've been coming to this location for a couple years. It's very easy to schedule an appointment and in a convenient location. I've had ok services most of the time, however my most recent experience was very poor. I had a manicure that caused 4 fingers to bleed and result in my cuticles peeling the next few days. My hands appeared terrible for the event I had them done for. They were also aggressive with my toe cuticles. A week later, I had a toe infection. Massage, even when paying for extra, is usually poor. I will no longer be patronizing, but genuinely hope they make improvements and succeed.

Helen did an excellent job on my dip manicure! She does a flawless, thin dip manicure & I cannot recommend her enough!
