Raizel has provided me great service every time I’ve seen her. Especially grateful to her this appointment because I was running late and she squeezed me in a minute past the grace period so I didn’t have to reschedule. I’ve been a very proud customer of EWC for 10 years now. The only “complaint” I have is that you get so comfortable with your esthetician and then she leaves after a few months. I get a Brazilian wax and sometimes a face wax. I love my results each and every time. A couple weeks ago, I was with Kristen and she offered the best customer service. She had such a great attitude. She was very professional and quick! Deshea and Cheyenne also had pleasant attitudes while checking me in and out. Thanks ladies! See ya soon.

I like the other wax services but continue to have poor experiences with brow services. I have tried several times and consistently leave unhappy. This last time, I was very specific with what needed to be plucked or waxed and left with uneven brows. I did like the manager; however felt the tech(s) need more training with brows. Won’t use a brown service again

Kayleigh has always taken great care of my waxing needs. She’s so professional and pleasant. I highly recommend her. I will add that in rare instances when I haven’t been able to schedule with her (she’s very popular), I have booked with a few other wax specialists and they have also done a good job. Although I will only let Kayleigh do my brows!
