I went in for a basic gel manicure. When my nails were done, I saw the edges and corners of my nails were not painted well. I brought it up to the nail tech and they proceeded to fix it for me. They went over with another coat and the additional coat made my nails bumpy and not smooth. The polish application was rushed and messy. When I checked out I was first charged an additional $10 and went back to get the price corrected ($35 for a gel manicure when I was charged $45). I feel they tried to charge me an additional $10 because I wanted them fixed and they still didn’t come out well. Will not be going back.

I'm new here in Yuma so this is my first time coming here and I had a great experience. They listened to me and gave me exactly what I asked for. They were patient. I asked for a deep cuticle clean and they gave me just that on both hands and feet. They gave a deep cuticle clean WITHOUT cutting me or being too crazy aggressive and I loved that especially on my big toes. Over all 10/10. Coming back again in 3 weeks

This place gave me the best gel pedicure I've ever received. I opted for the luxury pedicure. The hot stone massage and feet dipped in wax were so relaxing. My gel toes look fantastic. The staff were kind. The complimentary drink was nice. I highly recommend it.

After a long week of new transitions , school, teams, and friends, it was realized this hard working 6 yr old needed some well deserved pampering. After school we headed to Elegant Nail, the place is beautiful, clean, very inviting. Great escape from the heat. The staff was so kind to my daughter, really treating her well, she felt so refreshed, and loved. Thank you so much Elegant Nails for really being on point, you guys are top notch. We will be coming back Great location with food and shopping just a store away, it was a wonderful experience, 10 stars all day ?

*EDIT: I got my nails done on a Wednesday, and by Saturday I noticed the matte finish was chipping off already... and then Sunday one of my nails broke.

I am so happy I finally found a nail place in Yuma that I can trust to do exactly what I want! I'm so incredibly happy about how my nails turned out. They spent just the right amount of time to make sure the details were perfect!

Love this place. Everyone there is extremely friendly and personable. The salon's dedication to continuous improvement and staying updated with industry trends is admirable. Originally I had a problem with my first set of nails but they immediately reached out to me and fixed the problem and I love my nails Thanks for Elegant Nails & Spa! Most of the technicians are great. My gel nails look natural and nail tech did not hurt me once.
