Every 2 star hotel I have ever been to has been better than this 3 star hotel. We never did get a key to our room, we had to have the person at the front desk let us in our room every time we went anywhere. There were no towels in the room. One bed had 2 half sized pillows the other had 1. There were a couple of packs to make coffee but no coffee maker, a ironing board with no iron. The room was big and looked clean. The lady behind the counter was friendly.

The king room was ok, bed was comfy and it all appeared clean at first glance. The reason for three stars is because the lotion container on the wall was completely splattered with the previous guests makeup. Gross! Management really needs to supervise their housekeeping better! Also, don't expect breakfast unless you only want a waffle because that's the ONLY item they provide for breakfast.

Heed the bad reviews. I wish I had. The room was in poor condition. The furniture had large holes in the particle board. There are wide gaps when the door was closed. Lots of scary people camping in the vacant lot next to the parking. The manager complained that the homeless break into the power on the parking lot lights to steal electricity. One wash cloth and one towel in the room. No hand towel. ||||Breakfast was a single waffle. The syrup was as out. The waffle maker was dirty. NO othe options. OJ was out. No one at the front desk. Breakfast room tables and chairs were very dirty. Dirty and scary person hanging out in the corner of the breakfast room. ||||Truly the worst Super 8 anywhere.

I like your motel the room l had about two weeks ago was lovely. The one we had on Sunday left a lot to be desired. No drinking cups no coffee or things for making coffee. The room was clean though. But I do feel with th price we ought to at least have coffee.

I noticed animosity between the housekeeping crew and management during the laughable “breakfast” which consisted of a waffle from waffle-making machine & carafe of coffee. It was laughably austere - no cereal, fruit, etc.

Our bathroom’s toilet made a really loud high-pitched sound (like a ship’s warning horn when two ships are passing) every time we flushed it. It waits to make the sound at the very end of its cycle filling the tank up with water.

The first time I flushed the toilet was in the middle of the night, and the sound happens so long after I’d flush the toilet, it really startled us.

We actively own/manage apartments (so are used to dealing with toilet problems) so I tried cleaning out and resetting the flapper valve but that didn’t help.

My husband (a master electrician - a good plumber too) said if he were trying to fix the problem, he’d replace the whole float valve assembly and see if that fixed it.

I wanted to tell the front desk about it & Tom’s solution for fixing when we were checking out, but no one was at the front desk. (In fact, the 5-6 times I passed the front desk there was never anyone at it. I think the woman who worked at the front desk was in front on the hotel smoking. That may be a different problem).

So I told a couple of the housekeeping staff and they were all quite aware of the sound. Apparently management doesn’t have maintenance try to fix it.

Oh my God, where do I begin? We got there at 3pm, that was suppose to be check in. They said the room would be ready in 10 minutes. We waited over two hours, and even then it took us waiting right outside the door to hurry the maid up! She then said she would bring us more towels when they got through drying, she never did. There was one tiny trash container in the room, and we had to go ask for cups. The next morning, there was no breakfast as advertised, not even a continental! The beds were severely dipped in the middle, and squeaked so bad I thought they would crumble. The pictures I took don't do it justice, I was in such a hurry to leave!!! I will never stay at a Super 8 again.
P.S. Not to mention the many tweakers about the place, we seriously were afraid to leave our room, especially when our sliding glass door was not locked, and we were on ground floor!!!

Elizabeth has outstanding customer service. I was so impressed I wanted to offer her a job. The staff was polite and was willing to attend to whatever was needed. The parking was great and the Breakfast was exceptional. Yes I would stay there again. Elizabeth they got lucky with you.
