The best place in the area for a dip manicure. Each nail tech who's worked on me has been kind and very detail oriented -- the last two manicures I got there lasted over a month!

The only downside is the hours - no Sundays and the salon generally closes at 6:30.

Absolutely superb. My gel nails stay on much longer than usual. I love that they use all natural products. Can't believe I allowed such dangerous products on my nails for all those years. Chloe is an absolute perfectionist. ?

I have been to this salon 4-5 times in the last 6 months for different services for myself and my daughters. Though good with time management, one particular tech who does pedicure is very careless, she doesn't care to communicate with he client or incorporate their requests. Today she was so careless and rough that she pulled skin off from the base of my big toe which started bleeding and is still bleeding after 2 hours!! On top of that she poured strong alcohol right on the wound!! I had to leave the salon in the middle of the servicesto go take care of the issue on my own.
Pathetic service and communication! Will not recommend at all!
As for the reply from the owner,
1. I was not a walk-in! I booked an appointment 3 days ago.
2. I had no issue with your English since English is my second language as well so don't try to play that card. If your techs don't know English, as an owner it's your responsibility to make sure you do poper communication between them and your customers.
3. You still expected me to pay you after the horrible treatment I endured in your salon? Making a proper wound on my foot and than pouring acetone on it? You should be thankful I left to get my foot checked at home since you didn't even have first aid supplies available. I guess I should have made a scene and sued you?
Instead of apologizing for your behavior, you have some nerve to accuse me of "running" away with out payment!!

This was my first mani/pedi experience. Loved it. Seemed very professional and very reasonably priced for the experience. Enjoyed the massage chairs. Pics are 4 days post visit and after a weekend camping trip. Holding up well.

My favorite nail spa in the East Bay! Mimi is the best; she takes her time and is super considerate, always ensuring I am happy with color, shape, and length. Her dip manicures are flawless. Lately, I have been trying nail art, and the technician has been able to copy any photo I bring expertly. Solano Nail Spa’s atmosphere is calm and clean, prices are very reasonable, and natural products are used. I highly recommend it for any service!
