The dude doing ink is super nice. Scheduled for yesterday but then had someone else in the chair, and asked us to come back hour and a half later. Whole shop closed no one around. Tried hitting them in Facebook where they wanted us to make a 3rd appointment and make some deposits and nonsense. I just wanted them to do the work when they scheduled that we showed up for twice. Not going back a 3rd time for nothing. There's too many other joints.

Oh I would have made a deposit or whatever they wanted me to do. They did not ask for it. They told me when to come. I came. I brought money. I was ready to go. Blame the customer, that's going to make your business succeed.

Great service! When booking an appointment via email, they get back with you at a reasonable time within the same day. He shows you your tattoo to get your approval before he start. You can tell he take his job serious and he’s big on satisfaction. He makes sure your comfortable the entire time. All in all…the service was everything. && my tattoos are ?, I’m in love with them. I’ll definitely be back.

Keith is professional and patient. We walked in during a special sale they were running and got my son's first tattoo. He went over everything possible to educate us on what to expect in a tattoo studio with integrity. And his studio has it ALL. Keith made sure my son approved the size and the placement of the art. He did a test line to make sure my son was ready for what getting a tattoo feels like and made sure he was comfortable. We will definitely be back!

I wanted something unique and colorful, and Keith did not disappoint! He took the pictures, listened to my vision, and created a masterpiece that I absolutely love. It is even prettier on day 2. The studio was clean. The staff were friendly. The final product is amazing. Highly recommend and will be back.

Each tattoo session I've had, he was very professional, I was comfortable, the atmosphere was amazing, and he's done a wonderful job on every design I had. He's actually worth going to! I'm coming back soon for my next tattoo session, I promise you guys will love it!

My daughter and I got tattoos for the first time today and this was the best experience we shared together, all because we got the best treatment and service. Doughboi did excellent work and made us feel very comfortable. I would definitely go back again. I highly recommend anyone who is interested in getting a tattoo to choose studio 11 ink.
