MY BEAUTIFUL SISTER MARILYN SUE WAS A RESIDENT OF CARE MANOR, I LIVE FAR AWAY, BUT WAS ABLE TO VISIT HER A FEW TIMES. I FOUND THE STAFF VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CAREING.THEY TOOK WELL CARE OF SIS,S NEEDS. SIS SO LOVED HER COLA AND SALTY CHIPS AND THE STAFF MADE SURE SHE GOT THEM WHEN SHE ASKED FOR THEM.THEY WERE SO NICE TO ANSWER MY CALLS TO CHECK ON HER DAILY THESE PAST FEW MONTHS.I KNOW HOW BUSY THEY WERE,BUT THEY ALWAYS WERE KIND ENOUGH TO COME TALK TO ME OR RETURN MY CALL. I THANK YOU ALL FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY ❤️ FOR ALL YOU DID TO KEEP HER COMFORTABLE HER LAST DAYS. SHE IS AT REST NOW AND SO KEEP UP THE WONDERFUL CARE YOU GIVE TO OTHERS. The care my mother has received there has been excellent. The nursing staff and caregivers all the way through are phenomenal. The adminstrators are rude, mean, and liars. Beware of that end. They refused to work to try and get my mother in assisted living in spite of having said they would and then accused me of not wanting my mother to come home to an unsafe enviroment. I currently have a broken leg as well as having had recent arm surgery and cannot catch her if she falls. She's currently under isolation and yet they've deemed her fit and healthy for release. The admin of this place is detestable.

My grandfather was taken here for rehab after a procedure and was neglected. If I could rate with 0 stars I would. When they actually filled his water cup, they placed it on his rolling table so far away he would have to get up to reach it causing him to fall on the hard floor making bruises on his knees. He left with three bed sores from laying flat on his back and not being turned. He sat many times in the same clothes and diaper. When I would call no one would answer and ring the doorbell I would have to do it multiple times. We took him out as soon as we possibly could. If you love your loved ones and they are bed ridden don't take them here.

If i could give a negative number i would! My parents were there 3 yrs ago short term until I could transport them to phx so they would have the care the deserve. Bottom line do not retire to a small town with this being the only option. Neglect, dirty, understaffed, horrible food...to start .. paying the same amt in phx, private rooms wonderful care and chef cooked foods.

Yeah these people abused, neglected and down right were mean to my dad. We took him out after they let him fall out of bed. When he was picked up they sent him out (home) in only a hospital gown and it was freezing out !! Then when his belongings were picked up his coat was gone!! Well lucky my brother picked him up but now they meet me!! I AM NOT NICE TO PATHETIC PEOPLE WHO ABUSE AND BULLY ELDERLY !!

Just arrived a few hours ago. Rang for assistance to urinate, no response so I ended up peeing in the bed. O2 keeps shrilling. They are looking for a different O2 machine.

Neglect!!! I don't know how this place has stayed open and not been sued or shut down! My grandmother was here and we moved her to another facility because the staff and management is horrible! They didn't bathe her for over a week or brush her teeth, and they let her sit in her own urine without changing her! They also have hateful attitudes towards the elderly. I feel so sorry for all of the elderly people that are still there enduring the neglect. It is such a sad place, HELL ON EARTH!
