Two minutes waiting time. I was early for my appointment but you don’t have to have one. Everyone was so nice and yet professional. When people discover this place, I’m sure it’ll get busier. Find them now. Get to know them. You will not be disappointed. My only complaint is that they aren’t closer. They were well worth the drive. (Almost an hour for me)

Very very kind and quick staff. I came in at the last minute and they didn’t for a second treat me as if they were just ready to go home. I was in too much pain to remember the NPs name, but I wish I did to better recognize her. She was amazing. Showed a lot of concern and care. 10/10.

Had a very pleasant experience here despite the circumstances of my boy being sick. Professional, yet down to earth, kind, and very meticulous in their care and diagnosis. Wish they could be our full time family care providers. Highly recommend.

I am so glad I chose this facility! Stephanie and the entire staff were so caring and professional. We are fortunate to have such good medical help in Mountain Home. I had vacillated about going to the emergency room but I am so glad I chose this urgent care instead. I got right in and they diagnosed my issue right away after covering all of the potential bases and I felt extremely confident with their course of action.

We are new in town and had to visit the urgent care. The nurse practitioner I think her name may have been Jody was extremely nice and listened to all of our concerns. She was understanding of my son’s disability as well. Nurse Angie was also very kind and also listened to all of our concerns! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! If you need an urgent care I would definitely recommend this one!!!
